Ulasan Hotel Yan

It was truly the worst experience. The pillows were dirty, there were bugs crawling around the hotel, and my whole body was itchy.

The front desk service was quite good, but the room was tiny, with no space for luggage. The bedding was old and in poor condition. I only stayed one night out of necessity, but I wouldn't want to stay there again.

This hotel offers terrible value for money. For over 700 yuan, the room is tiny – barely enough space for two people to move around, and you can't even open a suitcase on the floor. I definitely don't recommend it!

They only provided one bottle of shampoo and body wash, which wasn't enough for two people. Plus, the shampoo didn't lather well. I'd recommend bringing your own. Otherwise, everything else was pretty satisfactory.

The staff were very kind. Had a one-night stay in one of their loft style rooms. I liked the industrial design of the room and the maximized space. However, the exhaust was shared between the shower and the toilet cubicles, and lots of open channels. So when I had a steamy bath, the whole room got very moist. Walls and the floors were wet. Not very pleasant. Good design, bad execution, i guess.

Good but kind of small room I can’t open my suite case on the floor, the rest room made from glass. It’ see through. If you’re not a couple travel together you have to use a curtain.

Overall nice experience. Helpful staff and convenient location

The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Its my second time to stay here and will book again for the next trip.

Overall is ok just the room is abit tight. One day only provide one mineral water per person 😞

Hair dryers aren't provided in the room, but you can borrow one from the front desk. The loft ladder was steep, but for a solo traveler, the space was ample and felt very clean. The AC unit was positioned right in front of the loft, which made it a bit chilly.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the location is very convenient. The shower has glass walls, so it's visible from the room if you don't draw the curtain.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to many different convenient stores and restaurants around. The overall experience was good.

The room was a bit small but that was expected considering the cost. It was in a very good location, close to the metro as well. It made going around pretty simple. No one offered to help with the suitcases, it was a struggle to take the bigger checked suitcase up the stairs.
