Ulasan Oasia Hotel Downtown, Singapore by Far East Hospitality

Had a staycation at Oasia and it was a great choice! Located downtown and great amenities, just a tad on the older side.

The buffet breakfast choice is quite limited but the service is good.

I love everything about my stay here. From the tip top services and to the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is very convenient. You don’t have to worry anout transportation as there is nearby train stations(2mins walk) for you to go anywhere around and there’s also a convenient stores nearby. Would definitely be back here again!

First time trying their club room. Was given a corner room with extra space despite last min booking. There is a special check in counter for club room at level 21 and private pool for club room and above. There is a schedule for the wellness activities provided by the hotel and u need to scan their QR code to make reservation. There is complimentary mini bar however I noticed there is no bath amenities for the bathtub like bath salt and the scrub etc. not sure if all this should be included inside or not? The club lounge (indoor and outdoor) was quite a nice place to chill and staff were quite flexible. The spread for evening cocktails and canapés were quite decent. We need to order the drinks via the staff and they will indicate on a piece of paper. Which I think is kinda wasting the paper. They took out new food even when it’s already 7plus. Breakfast food was decent also. Overall a nice experience trying their club room. Will go back when the price is right :)

Smooth check-in process. Club room was clean and neat, with complimentary bar. Club access was chill and relaxed, much appreciated.

No drinking water provided in room.. when call and ask for drinking water they told me to consume by using tap water

There is no fridge in the room, no bottled water, no electric kettle. Drinking water are available via the tap. Despite check-in time at 2/3pm, you still have to wait for at least 30-40mins Alot of yummy food around.

Services was excellent. The Club room I was in required many change of lifts which was a bit inconvenient. Suggest at least we can have executive floor check in instead of having to go 12/F

Staff at the reception was polite and patient. The organizers did not inform the hotel that I was celebrating my birthday at the hotel. When I approached the reception, they were patient and allow us to late check out and apologized. They sent me macaron to celebrate my birthday. I want to thank all the staff in oasia hotel. All very polite and helpful.

Note: The bigger swimming pool you see online is only for CLUB members only. I wish the trip could have stated that before we booked. You will be unable to access the level for club members via the lift. Cleaniless is great. Housekeeping Jennifer is great. She replenished bathrobes and slippers once she has seen that they are used. Location: convenient to get to most places. There is a mall called 100am just diagonal to the hotel, you can get everything you need there. NTUC can also be found within walking distance. Reception is on the 12th floor. If you're non-club member, you have to take separate lifts from your hotel floor to 12th, then change lift to get to 1st level. Communication in Oasia is quite disastrous. Upon check-in, we were told that our stay came with breakfast. However on the morning of the day after, the breakfast area at 1st level told us that we did not have breakfast inclusive in our booking. Secondly, we also requested late checkout which they gave to us complimentary (1.5h after the default 12pm checkout) About 1215pm, they called us in the hotel room, asking if we would like to extend our stay as we have not checked out. After telling them that we requested a late check out, the person asked if we have already told the front desk about it. Why is there a mismatch of information between staff? This should be improved. Overall I still enjoyed my stay. Hotel is spacious and the gym is also kept clean. The swimming pool is closed up (there is no view at all) -located on the 27th floor. I think the pictures sprawled around in google especially once you search up Oasia Swimming Pool, should be emphasized that THAT one is only for club members. I would have paid the extra if I knew that beforehand.

Very picturesque great service and conveniently located I will definitely stay again

Enjoyed the club lounge access for 6pm to 8pm cocktails and refreshments, also enjoyed the breakfast. Bed is comfortable, room is generally well maintained, pretty new hotel.
