K Space Inn 569 - Hostel

Location is good and almost the cheapest in Singapore, however it’s not a very clean place with a good mixed of people from all walks of life. Good for young backpackers for a stop over, definitely not for families nor elderly people.

The capsule was clean but too crowded and the location was fine lobby is not good you have to climb the stairs which isn't friendly for a traveller

Good location, poor service, huge safety concerns It is quite well located with great access to bus and MRT stations. Safety might be the biggest concern here. The moment I stepped into the reception, there was nobody present. Nobody was around when I checked out. Phone calls were not picked up. I asked trip.com customer service staff to contact them, but all to no avail. As long as one has codes of rooms and buildings, random strangers can just get in without any issue. If there were any safety emergency, I had little clue whom I could talk to. K inn said I would have to self check in and show ID documents but nobody was there to do so. There is no way to lock the capsule. You can only close it with a thin curtain, which means you would be surrounded by all kinds of noises. I could not sleep at all. Wifi did not work. Toilets were really disappointing. Doors made huge noise when they were automatically shut. It was not worth the money. Unfortunately, my negotiations with them to leave earlier failed.

I wanted to be honest, I arrived in this hostel safe and smooth but for a lot of reasons I gave 3 ratings on this hostel. First, I don't like the Smell of their toilet which is non-ventilated and it's dirty. Second, the towel they provided is used and still wet from the previous person who used it. The blanket is dirty and you can tell from the smell. I don't even use it because I started itching Third, the floor is wooden so if someone walks around - you can hear them which is not cozy and comfortable to stay with. I even have a lack of sleep and I minimize my actions so no neighbors will disturb. Overall it is okay, it's just "cleanliness" is lacking. I would suggest , please clean your toilet everyday, wipe off the mirror, everything. And if you open a new hostel, please don't make a wood floor that squeaks every time you step on it. Thank you. The hostel is clean and the location is ideal for all kind of travellers. The amenities are also nearby and good. Value for money and time. I would like to recommend to my friends and anyone who needs good place to rest and retire.

Clean and Comfortable pods. Auto check in which is pretty good idea. Convenient way to do it. Lots of stairs to climb.

Near to MRT so convenient. Lots of Indian restaurants and shops nearby.

I will never come back to that hotel anymore.

I mean there is nothing to really say here, it is a capsule hotel and for 30 bucks per night it did its job. The room had a weird smell ngl, there are no power sockets in the capsule only have usb outlet which I found was abit annoying cuz my phone charger is type c to lightning so each time I had to go to the reception to charge my phone. Otherwise it was pretty alright
