Good price for solo traveller, place is ideal. With friendly check in guide, just at the night the bar downstairs might affect light sleepers. The aircond is awesome just not suitable for people who can’t stand strong air conditioning. The pods is clean and plus point is got washing machine and dryer to use.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag. Cleanliness (2/5): The cleanliness was subpar. The room felt neglected, with dust in corners and dirty floors. Bathrooms could definitely use more attention. Service (1/5): The service was extremely disappointing. Staff seemed untrained and uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Basic requests were either ignored or met with delays. Location (5/5): The hotel’s location is its only saving grace. It’s conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the areas Amenities (2/5): The amenities left much to be desired. Limited facilities, poorly maintained equipment, and a lack of attention to detail made it difficult to enjoy what was available. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and inadequate amenities make it hard to recommend this hotel. I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless location is your only priority.

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting .The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to the friendly Lady Shivi(might be miss spelling) the housekeeper, for her exceptional service. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Her warm and professional attitude really made a difference in my experience. If it wasn’t her, I won’t book for a week. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s very small place and capsule is not fully closed. Initially I thought it’s more private. And in the room more than 10 capsules. No electricity plugs in capsule. What’s more even in room there are no electricity plugs. There is only one in dark area and always was worrying if my phone will fall down from 1.5 behind the capsule. The toilet and shower are small and inconvenient. And you have to request free towel?! Guys just provide. I don’t want to wait for hours for delivering towel. It’s nonsense. Check in process is not straightforward with some expectation you to read automatic emails with many letters that you have to send them email!!! I’m not ChatGPT to process this info. Just send it instruction on the day of booking via trip.com chat. Lockers are old. Once mechanism stopped working and you could not access your stuff for long time as no staff of hostel is there. The only good thing here is the location in boat quay.

I was satisfied with the facilities provided, and the location is quite good. However, I was disturbed in the middle of the night by a staff member who rudely demanded my passport without introducing himself or explaining the situation.

The location was good. And price was cheap. But for Japanese, toilet and shower were a little dirty. And the bath towel was like paper. It didn’t absorb water.

I entered the locker's passcode to lock it, and when I came back from the shower and tried to open it, it wouldn't open. To make matters worse, my wallet, passport, and smartphone were all in the locker. In the end, I had to wait until the staff came around 1130am. They finally unlocked it for me. And I finally felt liberated. But I had one plan in the morning but it was all for nothing. The plan was to watch Wrestlemania live at one of the burger restaurants near Great World, i purchased a ticket then wasted SGD $20 If staff reached and helped during the night, it was better and I feel safe But I'm afraid of using the locker and I may not stay in the future. And customer service number *************** is not available even opening 900-2400 They only reach and check phone after 1130am Very very poor support
