Ulasan HI Hotel Bugis

Hotel is very bad and very dirty. A lot of hairs on the bed and floor look like they never clean the room. Hotel bedsheet, towels are also very dirty.

When I first arrived there wasn’t even a staff. There was no confirmation or verification of identification and just let me have to room key. After entering the room it was so dusty and the air conditioner was dripping water and when feedback to the receptionist he told me to just use the towel to clean the water and did not even give me an extra towel to do so. Not recommended even if is cheap. Try to make a refund but was even rejected.

The hygiene is very bad with no complete basic needs like hair dryer. Can found stain and hair on the bedsheet. The carpet in the room looks filthy. Can found dust

The bathroom was in need of renovation, bathtub is almost detaching from wall, paints on wall and floor were torn, booking showed a full functioning pool but the pool was in renovation. Waited 20 mins for check in, no one at the reception. Hot water for shower lasted a few minutes, there were no toothbrushes, only 1 unknown bodywash/shampoo that was filled halfway. Air conditioning was fine but was leaking a little.

Not too clean in general… there’s stains and bugs in the room!

Bathtub was really huge, customer service was there too. All in all, a worth it trip.

I was quite surprised as the room condition was really run down. There was a tear along the towel, the bathtub was not clean, the chair was in a bad condition. I was given a room with a projector which was not what i booked for. I tried to change the booking date as my partner was unable to make it on the day. I find that the receptionist was rude when I informed them that my partner may not be able to join me and the reply i received was "even better if he can't make it". I checked out earlier than the check-out time.

reminder to all , becareful of what u all throw into the rubbish bin as when u checking out time , the staff will turn over the whole rubbish bag to see... speechless ........

Walking distance from mrt. A lots of food around the area. The furniture in the room are very dusty, really hope management can look into this and do a spring cleaning. Luckily the bed sheet and toilet are clean 🙏🏻. The tv signal no good got interruption. Did not provide the wifi password, also forgot to ask when back to hotel from dinner.
