Ulasan Cube Family Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Chinatown

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are trying to do Singapore on a budget - the location is ideal, and the prices are very low. The beds were clean and comfortable and we knew before we arrived how small the room would be. I wasn’t surprised that the hotel did not change towels unless asked, as this is standard, but I was surprised they did not clean at all. We were there for four nights and our trash was never emptied nor our tiny square of flooring vacuumed. With five people in such a tiny space, it would have taken about five minutes for housekeeping to freshen up and it would have made a big difference. Overall I think the other reviews recommending this place for a one or two night stay are spot on. Longer than that involves lugging larger suitcases up three flights of stairs and genuinely not being able to all stand in the room at one time. If we had had a sixth traveler there would have literally been no space for our bags - but we were luckily able to use the extra bed. In summary, it’s a good budget option, but know what you’re booking - also be aware some rooms have no egress or windows.

The problem here is that even after 10 PM, there's still music playing from outside and tour buses. The price is actually good, and the location is excellent.

Location is located at the heart of Chinatown. Would not recommend this as space are very tight for a family room. Room cleanliness is worst. No cleaning of bin etc for the whole stay. Have to request everyday, when request they will try to have a lot excuse.

The place is great overall but the only issue is finding the place it's kind of hidden but other then that it's good

Not recommend for family who have small kid, no elevator. The towel smell bad.

Quite disappointed because I paid 500plus for a lousy room.. The plug was speechless too.. Room is dirty and have ants.. It's was a hot room.. Need to get another fan from them

Our stay at Cube Family Boutique was comfortable and convenient. Although the room was narrow, it was very clean and equipped with essentials such as an iron, hairdryer, and kettle. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Chinatown MRT station.

It's the cheapest place we can find in Singapore for a night stay room was cramped and not their fault. No recommended for families as you have to carry your luggage all the way to top with no left.

The accommodation is nice and quite clean. The staff provide good service and are always ready to give advice.

Loved our stay at Cube Capsule Hotel! 🏙️ You can’t beat the location — right in the middle of Chinatown, so food, shops, and sights are just steps away. Staff were super friendly and the place was squeaky clean. We were looking forward to the kids’ slide but didn’t see it, and some toilets didn’t have a bidet. Still, it’s a cool, comfy spot we’d happily book again!

Very good and convenient location, clean and kind staff. Just one thing we didn't like was the smell of the artificial cleaning spray for the hallway which made us sneeze and cough so we had to wear face masks.
