The Wi-Fi was really bad. The toilet was a bit dirtier compared to other hostels, so after trying to clean it up, I decided not to use it. Communicating for check-in via WhatsApp was convenient, and the bed was decent.

Lovely place! I had a late check-in and they helped me get everything sorted online, which I really appreciate 🙏. As for cleanliness: I walked around in my socks for 5 minutes and they turned black 😅, but everything else was great.

This hostel definitely deserves five stars! My experience here far exceeded my expectations. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, with plenty of great food options and supermarkets nearby. The cleanliness is top-notch; the beds are clean and soft, and each bunk has a blackout curtain and charging port, ensuring privacy. The washroom area is tidy and odor-free. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, patiently recommending travel tips and offering free luggage storage. The common areas are cozy and stylish, making it easy to meet like-minded travelers, and the atmosphere is relaxed and uplifting. It offers incredible value for money, with excellent facilities, security, and quietness, making it a perfectly safe choice even for solo travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Location was prominent and accessible to a lot of food and shops. Check in was easy and all done online. I did not meet the receptionist as I had late check in and early check out. But the instructions were quite clear. The WiFi pw was on the door, in fine print for my floor. Bed was clean and ready, toilet had minimal amenities (a body shampoo that needed refill), I couldn’t get the hair dryer to work this time for some reason. So I went without dry hair. There’s a social space at Level 1, and that has many chairs and quite comfortable. Pantry facilities minimal but still well used.

The attitude at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I booked rooms for the 28th, 30th, and 1st. I couldn't find a room for the night of the 29th because there was a concert, and many hotels were fully booked. Since all hotels in the vicinity were full, I planned to just rest on the hotel sofa for a while. I wasn't disturbing anyone or playing electronic devices out loud. The front desk staff came over and woke me up, telling me to go outside. They said that if I hadn't booked a room, I couldn't wait inside, as it was hotel policy. I asked where I could possibly rest outside, as I genuinely couldn't find anywhere to go. She then told me to try asking at the hotel across the street. So, I left, and a gentleman from Bangladesh experienced the same thing – he was also kicked out. We ended up sitting outside the entrance from 2 AM all the way until 9 AM. I find it really surprising that even with their policy, it's inappropriate to treat guests who have booked your rooms this way. During this time, the front desk staff even came outside to smoke, put on headphones, started singing, and swaying their body, which felt incredibly provocative. I don't understand why, even though we're from different countries, as fellow Chinese people, they would treat a consumer like this. It felt like they were kicking someone when they were down in a foreign land.

The service was great, the price was affordable, and it's very close to Chinatown.

My bed has bedbug and I couldn't sleep and ended with the left side of my body bitten I got help from someone from the hostel around midnight around 4 am who changed the room for me Barring the bed bug issue, the new room/bed was really good and comfy. Generally the hostel premise is clean and there's some decor which match the name of the hostel and not bare bone They have free towel as well which usually need to be paid for similar hostel option around the same pricing

Quiet and clean. Food centers and mrt stations are just a few steps from the hotel!

Denied service and refused refund and never do anything to right the wrong. They asked you to make change the itinerary so you breach the terms and conditions so you rebooked so they can make money out of you again. Avoid this at all cost. Their service sucks. Their staff are rule and ignorance of guest. Glad I never stayed there and have to evacuate quickly. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Not worth the trouble

Self check in hotel, Good thing is the room at the first floor for female so need not climb stairscase. Only one bathroom inside and 1 toilet outside. No breakfast, have water, coffee/tea to drink. Howerver The bed bunk too short, so I cannot sit straight else my head will hit the bed's ceiling (hit the ceiling many times :( )and the blanket kind of Not proper for someone to use. Not recommended unless no choice. Lucky only stay for one night.

Soft bed. Soft pillow. Very comfy. Clean bedsheet. Eateries and fastfood restaurants nearby. Walking distance less than 10mins. Easy access to train and bus. I think stay there 3 or more nights then i will be provided with towel for shower. Only issue is 2nd deck bed ceiling.. too low.. cant sit up straight

Not a bad place but my bed had bedbugs and I got bitten all over my shoulder and back. I would have checked out early, but they offered to move my roim and guaranteed me the new room didnt have them. Everything was goid wxcept the bath room showers had black mold growing all between the tiles. I spent 2 hours cleaning these tiles for them. On my last day, Agent Siti came in and said I had to move back to the iriginal room. I said no way because all they did was remove the mattress. They did not clean steam nor spray the rest of the room. They did not remove tje other guests nor tell them the room had bugs. She was nuce about it and said she would mive me to a different room upstairs. I asked her to give me a few minutes as I was finishing an importanr email. One minute later, an arrogant and rude male Agent, opened the bedroom door and told me he was refunding my money and to leave. We had an argument where he insulted me in many ways and stated he did not ask me to clean anything and I shouldn't have done it. So I left. I would have probably stayed if the nicer woman Agent had shown me tbe upstairs room. The place was not great, so other than the inconvenience and time wasted moving, it was no hreat loss.
