This hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.  The environment is terrible and the room smells awful. The bathroom is tiny, barely big enough for a shower, and the furniture is covered in dust. I understand the room price is cheaper than other hotels but the management should really consider improving the condition of the rooms. 😑

Where do i start with this awful place. The smell of damp is overwhelming. The room is covered in mould and dirt . There were signs of bed bugs . The towel provided was tiny , threadbare and from another hotel, with the name crossed out with sharpie! There was also sharpie on the sheets. I absolutely couldn't stay in this room. After a short while of being in the room i decided It was time to find something else. I came to speak to reception and asked for a refund on the grounds that the room was making me unwell (breathing issues) and that the room was just generally not fit to stay in. He the proceeded to insult my size say the room was too small and uncomfortable for me. That absolutely wasn't the issie i have stayed in smaller. He said he could offer me a new room but not until tomorrow. I again stated that I cannot stay in the room any longer so a night would be put of the question. I do not want to feel even more unwell no do i want to risk bed bugs . He just continued saying the same thing. I have since emailed the hotel and have been ignored and trip.com have refused the refund. The hotel offered a discount for my next stay via trip.com. Not a chance would i ever step foot in there. They get their claws into your money you are never seing it again. They have a sign up in reception stating they wont let you view the room. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! You'll lose your money and waste your time.

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay The location is good, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The hotel is not clean, and the decorations are very old, giving the room an uncomfortable and poorly maintained feeling. There is a manhole right in front of the hotel, which causes a very bad smell, especially when entering or leaving. The front desk behavior is very bad and unprofessional. Check-in time is 15:00, but even if the room is already empty and available, they do not allow early check-in. When asked, they demand extra money, which feels unfair and unfriendly to guests. The room had no window, making it feel closed and unpleasant. Basic bathroom amenities were missing — no toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, and no coffee or tea provided in the room. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here.

If you just want a cheap hotel room with attached bathroom, this is the place. Location wise is quite strategic with nearby bus station and mrt. As this is a budget hotel, don’t have high expectation. No amenities given, even no drinking water. Sound proof is almost non existent. I think I heard next door people snoring at midnight.

Singapore is an expensive place! 3 nights costed about USD150 ($50/night.) Disappointed the room is sooo small No space to move! No amenity! No TV! A tidy bed, 2 towels and a kettle! WiFi is strong. Location is good. It is not difficult to find from the subway station! Large supermarkets and many restaurants and shops are nearby! A crowded street!

If you want a hassle-free vacation, do not book this hotel. First, the receptionist was not accommodating. Second, we arrived at Singapore Airport around 11:15 PM and took a Grab to Arianna Hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel was hard to find as there was no lighted signage. Third, the receptionist informed us that they had made a mistake and overlooked our booking. We reserved a double room, but he gave us a single room instead. The room was extremely small, and the mattress and bed frame were very uncomfortable. Definitely will not book this hotel again!

If you want room that smells bad and has lots of cockroaches crawling the walls. This is the place to book No money backs issued. No compromise Theyll force you to stay or forfeit. So i left after 1 hour

Budget hotel with very good location

It was simple. And nice

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The room was too small, and the bed was cramped, making it uncomfortable for a proper rest. The washroom was also very limited in space and not well-maintained. Additionally, the overall service did not meet my expectations. I hope the management takes note and improves these aspects for future guests.
