Easy access from Novena MRT via underpass through B3 straight up to your floor with your room access card.
Lot of restaurants at nearby 4 shopping malls. Next to office towers, 3 Hospitals & Specialist Centre.
Front desk staffs was polite, professional & helpful.
Room size was just nice and amenities was sufficient.
Good size table & office chair make you working from your room at ease.
Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Second stay & thanks to Shawn for upgrading my room to a Club Suite 😁. The view was amazing.
Had a truly relaxing time & felt rejuvanated. It was a slightly more crowded weekend than usual
Tried the breakfast at Marmalade Pantry for a change of vibe. It was alright. The coffee and cheeses at the Club Lounge were better.
Looking forward to visiting again!

The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. We loved that there’s a mall right beside the hotel. We had a hospital appointment the next day, and it was very convenient since it’s within walking distance. The only downside was the toilet—it didn’t have a bidet or spray. But overall, I just love this hotel.

Room came with a great view and was very clean, while the bed was comfortable with gel/feather pillows provided. Would be good if charging sockets could be provided at both bedside tables, instead of just one.
Bathroom was a bit cramped though. Would also suggest having a completely enclosed shower area, instead of it being partially open with just a sliding door, as the cool air is still able to seep in. Shower water temperature was also inconsistent and would abruptly becoming cold after using for a short time.

Excellent in everything, staff
Jannah Andreana, Gerald& Candy were very helpful and did there best to give a simple gift for our wedding anniversary as what I requested. I commend all those staff mention above. Hotel has great view, accessible to mrt station, mall, and church. Will recommend this hotel.

Returning customer, really convenient location just above MRT, decent gym and swimming pool, room is clean and not too small, allowed to check in earlier and check out later, will book again if got promotion

We booked the Club Room as part of our honeymoon staycation. We love our stay there! The service is top notch, they even prepared lovely surprises in our room. We were so impressed by the friendly staff, especially Candy at the Executive Club Lounge who has been so sweet to us! Thank you so much, hope to be back again in the future!
