Had room 1532 corner room. Room facing Tan Tock Seng hospital and had a scenic view towards Bukit Timah hill. Comfy bed and strong aircon. Had a Nespresso coffee maker too. Got iron and it’s board too.

Oasis Novena Hotel is conveniently located near Novena MRT, making it easy to explore Singapore. The rooms are small but well-designed with essential amenities, ideal for short stays or business trips. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel’s cleanliness and central location make it a great value choice.

This hotel is close to the hospital I go to checkup which is called Paragon. I definitely recommend anyone who want to stay near a hotel which is easy to check up on our families.

visited the hotel and first thing: got served by a check-in staff who took quite a while to process my check-in (as they were chatting amongst themselves) and though it was my birthday; there was no special or anything (but this is on me and i should not expect it, so i understand) the person who checked us in did not manage to check in properly, leading to someone else entering our room with the same key afterwards. we went down to investigate but thankfully joel, the manager was really professional and managed to provide us w some compensation for the matter, would like to thank him for that. the place was convenient and just 1-2 mins away from novena mrt. only downside was that i felt that the staff there could have better service, felt that most of them did not showcase genuine service. in addition, there were 3 times where there were issues with our key, and we had to go down to the recep to reload it which was really inconvenient. pool was also really cold.

Service is very slow, facilities are not bad, nice pool with sauna, limited gym equipment, room is spacious, no bottled water, just 2 complimentary tea bags

We have done staying in this hotel. Everything is good. As they allow us check in early because we have a patient with us.

We extended our stay here due to it’s conveniency. Really love the space and view of the room. Will def book for our staycay here once again in near future.

Near hospital like Mount e so no need to take a taxi .

Overall the stay was pleasant. The check in was smooth and the location is great and convenient with good food choices The room is big and comfortable. The servicea at the bar and during breakfast was great overall as well. The only issue I had was that the bed seems abit dusty and we weren't able to cast videos from our phone to TV which was abit different experience from what we had when we stay in the same type of the room a few weeks ago. Might still come back again in future
