A well-maintained five-star hotel that allows you to enjoy both business and family trips. The room is spacious and fully functional. Excellent service with quick check-in and check-out, and thanks for the free early check-in. Nice restaurant, bar, and coffeeshop. Nice gesture of providing fruits in the elevator lobby. Excellent location to access bus, train, Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. Nice jogging track nearby the hotel. Well maintained pool and gym. Will come back again! Large room at reasonable price and location. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel but the walk way to metro is rather long and at the end of the day we were done from walking. The breakfast is good but can be better if it is served till 10:30. The swimming pool area is relaxing that you can go for shower after checking out too (please ask for the card at the reception).

Compared to Four Points hotels I've stayed at in China, this one was vastly superior. Every aspect, from the surrounding environment to the room's spaciousness, cleanliness, facilities, the view from the window, and the service, was top-notch. I booked a Saturday night stay, and it was ¥600 cheaper than a typical Monday booking, making it truly excellent value for money.

The room was a good size, not small at all. Amenities: The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and they generously offered 4 bottles of water, 2 Cokes, and snacks daily. What's more, there were complimentary fruits available in the lobby, which was a very thoughtful touch. Environment: The overall environment was also very pleasant. Service: The service was excellent.

The riverview was really nice. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and everything was good . Thanks for the complimentary mini bar.

After much deliberation, I felt I had to leave this review, and I'm going to be completely frank. The most unacceptable thing was the room design, which I believe is fundamentally flawed and likely a widespread issue for this brand. The rooms are completely airless and reeked of fresh renovation, which was quite alarming. My first thought was to check out immediately, but having already paid for one night and with the inconvenience of finding another place, I reluctantly stayed. If you're sensitive to air quality, absolutely avoid this place, or it will definitely spoil your mood. On top of that, the front desk service was poor; I actually had to insist just to get what they considered a 'slightly better' room – what's that all about?! Even the cleaning staff in the lobby were extremely unfriendly. Unsurprisingly, I promptly switched hotels the next day and won't be returning.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. My only minor issue was the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer. After I brought this to the front desk's attention, Supervisor Joyce generously offered me their signature lobster laksa and a beer as compensation. The service was absolutely top-notch. While the Chinese staff were friendly, I'd suggest avoiding the Pakistani/Indian front desk staff during check-in, as I found them to be quite impolite.

Facilities: Just average. Cleanliness: It was barely acceptable; I didn't notice any major issues during my stay, which is all I can really say. Environment: The hotel has rooms facing either the Singapore River or the main road. I was quite disappointed that they wouldn't even offer a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. Service: The front desk staff handled check-in well enough. As for the morning buffet, despite the wide variety of dishes, very few were actually palatable, making it a rather unfulfilling experience.

Considering the price, the room was quite spacious. The ambiance was also good, and the buffet breakfast downstairs offered a great variety, including Indian, Western, and Chinese cuisine. Some staff members were proficient in Chinese, though not all; if you encounter any issues, they can help you find a colleague who speaks Chinese. The facilities, particularly the lobby, weren't overly grand, which is understandable given the price point. The location was excellent. You can take bus 123 right downstairs to Sentosa, and it's also very convenient to get to Orchard Road and Chinatown. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

I ultimately chose this hotel, and I must say, my experience here completely surpassed my expectations! The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, which made check-in very convenient, and they didn't even require a deposit. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortably wide, ensuring a very good night's sleep. We stayed for five consecutive days, and our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. What's more, they replenished complimentary bottled water, cola, and small snacks daily. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It boasts a great location, being close to the subway station and surrounded by food courts, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also not too far from the main attractions. The hotel offers great facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. It's also very clean, with all necessary amenities provided. While there were few Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, this didn't significantly affect our stay.

The hotel is situated by the Singapore River, very close to Clarke Quay, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the Merlion. Compared to other hotels of a similar standard, the room size is notably larger. Our twin room featured two 1.1-meter beds, which provided a very comfortable sleep. The room also came equipped with a sofa and a desk. Despite our room facing the road, the sound insulation was excellent; we couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside, even during the day. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's service!

Quite clean. Locate near the quay and lots of food but not close to MRT. Also prepare some free snacks for you.
