When I first arrived to the hotel, the facade of the building was undeniably old-looking and dated. No concierge staff was present and everyone seemed busy with their own tasks which was a little weird, considering it was a weekday. I don’t remember any greetings even.
The lobby was phenomenal though. It was grand and beautiful. The space was furnished with beautiful art pieces and installations. I particularly love the bubbly-chandelier they have hanging on the ceiling. Looks really artistic and refreshing, not something you see on a daily basis. It definitely added an extra charm to the lobby’s luxurious vibe and a**osphere.

Location is great, with easy access to city hall mrt and a wide range of food options in the mall. Room was big and bed was comfy! I also liked that the TV could be connected to my phone/tablet to allow for streaming. Sadly, my main complain is with the food. The cantonese dimsum breakfast was very ordinary and actually a little subpar. The American breakfast was definitely more acceptable. I ordered chicken rice and satay for room service and was thoroughly disappointed with the chicken rice. The rice was dry and the top layer was almost 'crunchy'. The chicken was tough and didn't smell fresh. I expected better for $28. I would consider staying again, just without any food options attached.

I stay in this hotel the 2nd time. I stayed because I'm taking my pfizer vaccination at Raffles Medical Clinic which is located at Raffles City, which is beside the hotel. I know bout the side effects and I feel I needed a rest so I book this hotel.
Everything from check in, room service, check out, was perfect. I did not ask for house keeping as I did not need anything to top up or make my bed.
The room service food is excellent! Payment can be make directly upon delivery too. Poolside is a great place to chill and the air con is working very well.
I requested for a Seaview room and it's done. It is also a pool view room.
I'll definitely come back for my staycation again.

The staff was very polite and provide us top notch service.
They even allow us late check out, a cake in the room, room with a view facing MBS and a Fairmont doll for our daughter.
The only small little downside is the curtain and the shower head but only cause us little issue.
Breakfast is nice especially the congee and The American feast
All in all, this is one of the recommended hotel for staycation.

Fast & easy check in & check out.
Room is big enough. Service is excellent as I requested for complimentary bday cake as it was my girl bday and also extra bed amd they did sent to us.

Location is great. Room is very spacious. Kids love it! Small chocolate cake with candles were prepared for us, too as it was our little girl's birthday month. Staff are very friendly and allowed us for late check out. Love this hotel! Hope to be back soon!
