The room are very clean the front desk is amazing and guess what after two months I found my lost and found the hotel kept for me🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Philip hotel is located between DTL Jalan Besar and NEL Ferrer Park, nearby Mustafa Mall, surrounding Indian neighbourhood. Breakfast is available, lift is not available, deposit is 50 SG Dollar.

Front desk was rude . Tv can’t work got the front desk to help but step on the bed while fixing the bed

It wasn't a great experience with this hotel due to location staff was helpful but hotel don't have that value which we paid for

Pleasant Experience. Nice guests' services with all necessary facilities for Solo or Family Travelers. Good location. Enjoyed the breakfast included with the booking. As a first time visitor to Malaysia, we are very happy with the hospitality of staffs; more than our expectation. We will go back to the same hotel again on our next trip to Malaysia. Recommended.

想被螞蟻咬就來住這家吧,辦理入住的時候就很不順利已經下午兩點了前台還是讓再等五分鐘,上去以後發現居然還在打掃衞生…這就算了。剛進房間很大的臭味撲面而來,衞生間臭味更重馬桶會往上返味,住了兩天廁所門一打開還是臭的。桌子我用酒精濕巾擦了好幾張都是黑的,提供的衞生紙有巨大的灰一整卷都是灰色的。澡也沒法洗,天花板上都是黃黃的東西不知道是什麼。想退房也沒辦法因為已經登記入住了,想着湊合住吧的時候一衹巨大蟑螂飛快沖出門去了……第二天早上被螞蟻咬了臉爬起來一看床上至少有五衹螞蟻,這輩子沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店,完完全全的詐騙。最後,第一天跟前台説明瞭不需要打掃衞生,回酒店後發現我們的水被動了…很震驚。第二天早上有人莫名其妙敲門並且想擰開我的房間門……很離譜,隔着門質問也沒人迴應

3日目の滞在でゴキブリが出た。ルームクリーニングのサービスはなし。24時間営業。エレベーターのドアがめっちゃゆっくり開閉するため、いつか止まってしまわないか不安でしかなかった。
