Philip hotel is located between DTL Jalan Besar and NEL Ferrer Park, nearby Mustafa Mall, surrounding Indian neighbourhood. Breakfast is available, lift is not available, deposit is 50 SG Dollar.

Pleasant Experience. Nice guests' services with all necessary facilities for Solo or Family Travelers. Good location. Enjoyed the breakfast included with the booking. As a first time visitor to Malaysia, we are very happy with the hospitality of staffs; more than our expectation. We will go back to the same hotel again on our next trip to Malaysia. Recommended.

想被螞蟻咬就來住這家吧,辦理入住的時候就很不順利已經下午兩點了前台還是讓再等五分鐘,上去以後發現居然還在打掃衞生…這就算了。剛進房間很大的臭味撲面而來,衞生間臭味更重馬桶會往上返味,住了兩天廁所門一打開還是臭的。桌子我用酒精濕巾擦了好幾張都是黑的,提供的衞生紙有巨大的灰一整卷都是灰色的。澡也沒法洗,天花板上都是黃黃的東西不知道是什麼。想退房也沒辦法因為已經登記入住了,想着湊合住吧的時候一衹巨大蟑螂飛快沖出門去了……第二天早上被螞蟻咬了臉爬起來一看床上至少有五衹螞蟻,這輩子沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店,完完全全的詐騙。最後,第一天跟前台説明瞭不需要打掃衞生,回酒店後發現我們的水被動了…很震驚。第二天早上有人莫名其妙敲門並且想擰開我的房間門……很離譜,隔着門質問也沒人迴應

The service expectations do not match the money paid. There is no one to assist with your baggage, at best, they drag it up to the corridor. There is no elevator, and the staff are unprofessional with no uniform lacking basic hospitality skills—they definitely need training in customer service. There is no phone in the room, so you have to use your own cell phone to contact reception. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. If anyone is willing to take the risk, feel free to try and review it. The price-to-service ratio is a nightmare.

ALERT ! Our bank informed that Philip Hotel attempted to take out money again from our credit card one day after of checkout.  The ASB Bank has to blocked their suspicious transaction & cancel our credit card for safety reasons, we face lot of problem further in our trip due to Philip Hotel!

Don’t bother booking this hotel. Receptionist unfriendly. The room that was given is small and toilet too. You need to squeeze in to enter the shower area. Aircon, telephone and TV wasn’t working at all. Called the receptionist and took 45 mins for the “maintenance” guy to rectify. The problem wasnt solve and he gave stand fan. No ventilation in the room too. The Boss aggressively kept saying “no refund no refund” when he witness the problems. And said “aircon is cold but not cold”. Very bad experience. Looks nice but seriously not worth staying! Hope the money that he refused to refund can help him to pay for aircon servicing.

酒店地處繁忙的小印度的眾多街道之一上。是的,酒店不大但是房間乾淨且舒適。接待員友好且樂於助人。離Mustafa Trading非常近,且周邊有非常多的清真印度餐廳,都24小時營業。唯一的不足就是沒有電梯,所以搬行李時必須走樓梯。價格不算太貴,我們主要看中酒店的地理位置。
