Very accommodating and friendly staff. If you are looking to stay in SG and have a full itinerary this hotel is budget friendly and the room offers a good place for sleep. It is near almost every tourist spots and right next door is the 7/11.

Location of the hotel is really good and close to bus station, convenience stores, and eateries. Room is decently sized and regularly cleaned. Some basic amenities such as hotel slippers are not readily available inside the room, but we got them upon request in the reception. There was an available water dispenser in the lobby which can be used for free - just make sure you bring your own water bottles! Staff are nice and kind especially Patrick who was so friendly and assisted us very well all throughout our stay. Patrick offered valuable suggestions and always greeted us with a smile! Ultimately, it is recommended to stay in this hotel for its price! Areas for improvement would be to include a few additional amenities in the room (facial wash, hair conditioner, slippers). However, the kindness of the staff is what makes this hotel really worth it.

The hotel's location makes it easy to find food, especially halal food. It's also close to a mosque. walk about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Geylang Serai Market & Food Centre. There are many choices of halal Malay and other foods. There are also places selling clothes and various foods. Thank you for providing the room we requested—on the top floor, overlooking the street, and close to the elevator. The room was perfect for three people, and even had toiletries for four.

Overall, it's not much different from mainland China. Toilet paper can be flushed directly down the toilet, there's no waste bin. The room has two bins, one for general waste and one for recyclables. Tap water is drinkable; I drank it directly for the few days I was in Singapore, sometimes after heating it slightly. There are many restaurants nearby. It's a few hundred meters from Aljunied MRT station, and there's also a bus stop about 200 meters away. I arrived at night, and the front desk agent, who seemed to be an Indian lady, took my passport and said 'check-in.' She spoke a few sentences, and all I understood was 'no smoking,' then she gave me the room card. At check-out, I just handed in the card and left. It was very good. Great value for money.

I stayed at ibis budget Singapore Pearl for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a short stay — air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering useful local tips. The hotel’s location in Geylang is perfect for budget travelers, with lots of affordable food options and easy access to buses and the MRT within about 10 minutes’ walk, which made exploring Singapore very convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side (typical for a budget hotel in Singapore), the value for money was excellent. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and well-located stay without breaking the bank.

Good location and service, the staff are very nice and friendly. If you are booking a room here do not forget it is an Ibis budget. Cleanliness, it could be improved, amenities were basic, the rooms are really small even for a superior one, we did not have room to have our big luggage, a cabin bag and two backpacks. The breakfast is fine, everyday you’ll have something different.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know what to expect, but my room was very neat. The toiletries and bedding were changed everyday or at request, and the beverage tray as well. The location is central to a lot of amenities. To get good food is just a walking distance which was very helpful and saved me some money. The room was not too big but perfect for my sister and I. The hotel took into consideration my request as well of being very close to the elevator which I am very appreciative of. I was even able to print some documents upon request at the reception. The downsides were a musky smell in the corridor , but this was taken care of every morning by the hotel staff with air fresheners and sprays which really masked the smell. My room also did not have a fridge but I believe that’s because of the price, I didn’t pay attention to this before my arrival so my food from home got spoilt which I understand. I commend the hotel staff for very a good job, their attention to detail, and promptness in addressing any issues. I commend Sebastian (the receptionist) especially, who received me on my day of arrival and was present on the departure day as well. He was kind. Ibis Budget Hotel Ametrine, I believe, stood out in its location. I will definitely visit again!

One of the hotel that I'll stay again when im back in Singapore. The hotel bed is so comfortable. The hotel service is also good. Everything was perfect for me with this hotel. The hot water for shower is hot and the water pressure is great too. The distance to either Aljunied or Kallang MRT is within 1km. They even have wheelchair access to the hotel. If I have to say something that I dislike about this hotel, then it will be their toiletries. They dont provide hand towel and shower cap. There's dental kits and also shower towel provided.
