Kakitangan di meja depan dan pembersihan umumnya ramah dan membantu semasa daftar masuk dan keluar. Makanan disediakan oleh kith di aras tanah. Susun atur hotel mulai terbiasa kerana ”lantai”. Daftar masuk adalah di tingkat 2, anehnya tingkat 1 membawa anda ke mana-mana berhampiran Taka SC atau paragon mall dan tempat letak kereta yang bersambung ke lobi adalah tingkat 4 dengan pintu logam yang sangat tidak jelas dan lama untuk akses. Entah bagaimana tingkat tempat letak kereta P4 menghubungkan ke tingkat hotel 2. Tidak ada tempat letak kenderaan percuma atau tempat letak kenderaan hotel kecuali dengan baucar jumlah tetap yang akan memberikan jalan keluar tetapi anda perlu menganggarkan kos berbanding dengan kadar tempat letak kereta semasa dan membeli secara berasingan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu ( 22 Bideford Rd). Bilik itu sendiri cukup besar untuk bilik mewah (2 + 1 anak 9yo) dengan ruang tamu dan dapur kecil. Saluran pancuran air tersumbat pada malam pertama menyebabkan kolam 3 inci air ketika mandi. Walau bagaimanapun, ini diperbaiki dalam masa memberi maklum balas kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Beberapa kawasan seperti permaidani mempunyai noda jeruk kering yang tidak dapat dikenal pasti sebelumnya dan tirai di tandas mempunyai noda cetakan pada mereka. Tong tandas itu sangat kecil dan sukar ditekan untuk digunakan. Jubah mandi cukup dipakai dan mempunyai poket kiri yang terkoyak. Boleh saya mengesyorkan agar perkara ini diperhatikan oleh jabatan pengemasan dan kemudahan memandangkan ini adalah kediaman lima dan bukan empat bintang. Lantai juga sedikit berdebu dan terdapat juga beberapa rambut di lantai setelah dibersihkan. Tempat tidur dan sofa serta kerusi kelihatan cukup bersih pada pandangan pertama dan penggunaan tetapi mengharapkan tahap kebersihan yang lebih tinggi untuk bilik ini dan harga yang saya bayar. Percayalah, ini bukan separuh buruk, ia pasti masih lebih tinggi dan semestinya dapat dijalani berbanding 3D2N tetapi standard kebersihannya agak rendah daripada yang saya harapkan dari Ascott. Makanan mudah didapati di pusat membeli-belah berdekatan tetapi pesanan terakhir untuk perkhidmatan makan rm di kith pada pukul 930 malam. Bayaran perkhidmatan tambahan dikenakan untuk penghantaran di dalam unit berbanding kaedah panggilan dan pengumpulan sendiri yang tidak biasa tetapi saya rasa ini untuk mengelakkan terlalu banyak memuatkan kith dua kakitangan depan.

We stayed here for 4 nights for business and absolutely could not fault a thing - everything was brilliantly thought out and the wonderful staff were a delight; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has only just opened in the last week and we're sure it will become extremely popular in no time at all. The rooms are immaculately presented and very spacious, we especially enjoyed the little touches like the daily minibar and turndown service. The rain shower was HEAVEN and the beautiful COMO body wash, shampoos, etc. smelled so incredible I wanted to take them all home! Breakfast was included in our rate and was fantastic every single day. The breakfast to order was a highlight and we found there to be plenty of options to keep us satisfied over our 4 night stay. The freshly baked goods every morning are a real treat (balanced out with the delicious fresh fruit, of course). The service is a standout for this new hotel, it was exceptional in every area - everyone is very professional but also super friendly and personable. We thought this was a real point of difference and one of the many reasons we will return to this beautiful property. Every single staff member we interacted with was a delight, but special mentions to hotel staff Reina, Karl, Izhar, Kyle and of course the lovely Ivan in COMO Cuisine who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with at breakfast every morning. We look forward to returning and checking out the pool/bar area which is nearing completion. See you again soon!

This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

I stayed for a week on December 2023 with my family. We booked the deluxe suite with extra bed placed in the living room. The booking process was easy, and smooth. Kudos to Mr. David Picard who assist me with the booking through email. They just renovate the concierge which give a modern feel and luxurious too. The concierge team, esp. Miss Alison always give a warm welcome to us every time we head out or come back. The suite is always kept clean and tidy even we have loads of stuff scattered around. Miss Annie is our housekeeper and thumbs up for her. Every amenities that we requested are prepared with extras for us. She is also very friendly when we had a bit of chit chat. The breakfast spread is not many but enough. The variety that they served every day is good and not boring. The kitchen team is very friendly especially Miss Lueda. She greets every guests there and even spare some time to talk to them in between her busy schedule. There are a lot of serviced apartments spread out in Singapore but I don’t think I will have a change of heart any soon. Given the location of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, nested right behind 313@Somerset meaning access to MRT station is just a walk away, that’s a huge advantage. And no need to worry to find your daily meals. Plenty of food around the vicinity. Also there’s a grocery store right in front of the building. I love the huge refrigerator they put in every suites. Can put loads of stuff that I bought from the grocery. Having microwave and washing machine is always a plus. Oh did I tell you that the detergent for the washer/dryer is free? They have a pool at the 2nd floor but the best part is they have the hydrotherapy (hot & cold) indoor pool.

I had a great stay at Mercure on Stevens. The two Malaysian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful during check-in, and they even allowed me to check in early. Although my room, 417, had a slightly strange smell, my overall experience was fantastic. The highlight was the convenient hotel shuttle transfer to Wheelock, the famous Orchard area in Singapore.

Parkroyal at beach road ialah hotel vintaj yang telah menemani singapura dalam pembinaan negaranya sejak 1970-an. Lokasi sangat baik kerana 5 minit berjalan kaki dari. Stesen MRT Lebuhraya Nicole dan pasar jalan pantai yang terkenal. Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini ialah lobi vintajnya yang memberikan rasa retro dan bersahaja. Ia berbeza dengan hotel lain. Terdapat juga beberapa telebear gergasi di sofa lobi yang merupakan permata untuk menghiburkan kanak-kanak dan menambah suasana hangatnya. Biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Katilnya juga padat. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki mungkin bahagian luar tingkap kelihatan berdebu dan beberapa menu TV kabel berbeza daripada saluran sebenar. Contoh saluran 14 ditulis pada panduan sebagai filem musang. Tetapi saluran sebenar adalah HBO. Disebabkan sekatan covid, saya memesan sarapan dalam bilik. Nasi lemak ikan cray beras ungu adalah antara yang terbaik yang saya makan, pasti hidangan saya akan sangat mengesyorkan. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki ialah kopi suam yang mungkin lebih hangat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman itu bagus. Permata lain ialah restoran cina Si Chuan Dou Hua. Minuman kacang soya kaya dan sedikit atau tiada gula. Saya akan suka tinggal di sana untuk staycation lagi.

Location was good - plenty of food stalls downstairs. Stay was not that pleasant and rest/sleep was largely interrupted. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell the moment I stepped in and had to get the staff to spray air freshener but it still came back after a while (it was a 2-night stay). Hard to get the reception - took 3 hours for someone to pick up my call just to get fresh towels. The view from the room was just a wall outside. As the room was beside the lift lobby, there were constant noises of many people walking around/talking/shouting outside. There was also a strange dull echoey drumming sound the whole day, louder especially at night.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

I would like to give a shout out to the banquet staffs manning the B1 meeting and function rooms - Anand, Baharom and Rashid. Notwithstanding are the other staffs who help with the cleaning and miscellaneous matters. I regularly conducts workshops there. On the mornings that I arrive at the hotel, without fail, I will be greeted by their warm greetings - as in I can feel the genuine warmth in our interactions. One can't help but feel not just welcomed, but as if one belongs. Whenever I need assistance - be it for extra materials or the projector is not working well enough or my participants have a special request; anything - these staffs NEVER SAY NO. They will try their best to accommodate and will always come up with an alternative if the need be. I was never disappointed. Above all, they NEVER make you feel like you are asking for too much, or that you are inconveniencing them. There will always be smiles and the ”I will see to it that this will be sorted” vibe. The sincerity and consistency are omnipresent. Your hotel is a 4-star property, yet other 5-star hotels need to take a cue from these staffs. I have been to many other hotels, and none can compare to the hospitality I get from your staffs. I also know this does not happen just because I've become a regular face there, as I remember back in 2015, I when I first received the same kind of hospitality from them. Thank you!

Lebih dekat dengan MRT Dhoby Ghaut. Hotel ditutup dari tingkat 6 ke atas mengikut kakitangan dan Gym ditutup untuk langkah COVID fasa 2. Kali pertama tinggal di Orchard Road dan benar-benar terpesona dengan rumah-rumah pra-kolonial yang indah di Emily Hill. Berjoging juga ke Botanic Gardens keesokan harinya dan terpesona dengan keindahannya. Terdapat banyak tempat yang patut dijelajahi semula di titik merah kecil ini yang kita panggil Singapura.

Bilik bersih, tapi sempit sikit sebab dekat dengan pusat bandar, tak jauh dari Orchard Road. Pengangkutan yang mudah berhampiran 2 stesen BTS: Dhoby Gaut (kuning-ungu) dan Somerset (merah). Perhentian bas sangat dekat, berjalan tidak lebih dari 5 minit, di hadapan Concorde Hotel. Terdapat banyak restoran untuk dipilih. Sebab dekat Orchard gateway mall, tak jauh pun, boleh jalan kaki.

The hotel located at the end of Orchard road. Peaceful location. Walking distance to the nearest Sommerset MRT station. Although it is located next to the busy road, but sound insulation is good with their double window. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a good job, always keeping the room clean. Nice and spacious lobby good for meeting.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

Jika anda ingin meneroka Little India, ini adalah tempat yang betul, hotel yang betul. Ia sangat dekat dengan lampu dan keindahan tulen Little India jadi 10/10 akan mengesyorkannya. Perkhidmatan ini baik, kakitangan yang sangat baik, bilik yang baik. Cuma kelemahannya ialah berjalan kaki ke MRT bukanlah yang paling dekat, tetapi pastinya bukan jarak yang sukar ditanggung. Beri masa 7-10 minit.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)
