Tingkap bilik saya ada di kawasan tandas / pancuran mandian. Mohon terlebih dahulu meminta tingkap di bilik jika anda sesak. Susun atur yang serupa untuk pangsapuri satu bilik seperti yang saya dengar dari kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Hotel ini beroperasi dengan kapasiti penuh sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan saya untuk sebuah bilik dengan tingkap semasa mendaftar masuk. Ukuran biliknya layak dengan sofa mini di pintu masuk. Tidak dapat memasak di bilik studio. Hanya ada microwave. Sekiranya mahu memasak, perlu menempah 1 bilik tidur. Sarapan yang tidak mengagumkan tidak begitu berbaloi (tambahan $ 30 untuk harga bilik termasuk bf untuk 2 orang) kecuali untuk kemudahan. Tempat tidur selesa dan biliknya bersih. Suka jubah mandi dan selipar mereka. Hujan hujan lebat. Tekanan rendah dan beberapa lubang tersekat. Sebagai gantinya, saya menggunakan pancuran genggam.

Great services. The hotel arranged wheelchair & birthday cake for my mom. They also prepared the pet package for my dog. This is our 2nd time choosing Sofitel for our family celebration. Special thanks to the reception staff Eugene who is very friendly & patient to attend to our requests. Well done!

Sekiranya anda menjangkakan akan pergi ke resort 5 bintang, dengan dinding bersih, bilik bebas debu, papan terawat dan kawasan kolam renang, harap turunkan jangkaan anda. Sekiranya anda masuk dengan pikiran terbuka dan ingin merasakan suasana Bali di Singapura, mungkin tempat ini. Kevin di kawasan keselamatan kelihatan kurang ajar pada mulanya tetapi dia memanaskan badan selepas mengenali kami sebagai tetamu di sana. Terdapat juga wang jaminan $ 300 yang besar yang anda akan dapat kembali setelah menginap. Sebaliknya, secara keseluruhan, Ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

Bilik mandi adalah luas dan cukup besar untuk menguburkan larian mandi jika mereka mahu. Tetapi saya lebih suka mereka mengecilkan sedikit saiz bilik mandi supaya bilik utama menjadi lebih besar sedikit. Bilik tidak berkarpet jadi ia sejuk apabila berjalan tanpa alas kaki pada kebanyakan masa walaupun ia menyediakan selipar bilik tidur. Bilik adalah digital dan termasuk sistem penghawa dingin skrin sentuh. Keselamatan agak tinggi kerana kad hanya boleh diakses ke lobi utama dan tingkat bilik anda. TV yang disediakan ialah tv pintar. Tetapi satu-satunya apl prapasang yang mereka ada ialah YouTube. Mereka mempunyai saluran stadium mio yang merupakan mata tambahan untuk peminat sukan. Linen katil adalah rasa kasar. Tidak lancar seperti yang saya jangkakan untuk hotel seperti ini. Almari pakaian adalah luas dan boleh dimuatkan dengan mudah dalam pakaian pasangan. Bilik mempunyai meja dan kerusi kecil dan cukup baik jika perlu bekerja dari rumah. Kami mendapat tingkat 9 yang dianggap sebagai tingkat tengah dan pemandangannya bagus. Tempat letak kereta sangat mahal. Cuba jangan berikan tempat letak kereta percuma yang mengecewakan. Jadi kena parking berdekatan di One Raffles Place.

My 2 week stay at Fraser Residence was amazing, excellent location, warm, friendly and efficient staff, clean, well equipped and everything worked. It felt very comfortable like my 2nd home. The daily breakfast was a delight for me. The bubbly and warm Jehan brightened my day with her marvelous service at the Dining Room and the chef dished out delicious warm items every day. Kudos to them and all the service staff at Fraser.

The first time I've stayed here, and I must say it was superb. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and in an excellent location. You are on the river at Robertson Quay, 5 mins walk from Clarke Quay and the MRT. There's a 7-11 downstairs for odds and ends, as well as a supermarket. The service was also reassuringly traditional - the guard talked me through the welcome letter at length, then gave me a tour of the apartment, which was a lovely touch. I'd stay here again without hesitation - a real hidden gem.

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Lokasinya sangat bagus. Perlu lima minit berjalan kaki ke pasar raya 24 jam, dan sepuluh minit ke pusat membeli-belah atau stesen kereta bawah tanah yang besar. Biliknya sangat besar dan luas, malah anda boleh memasak makanan (tanpa minyak). Mesin basuh boleh mengeringkan pakaian dan mempunyai rak pengering. Wi-Fi sangat pantas, pilih saja 5G Bilik dibersihkan dua kali seminggu, jadi anda perlu menguruskannya sendiri, juga OK Akhirnya, penyelia sangat bersemangat dan orangnya juga sangat baik👍
