Booked a horizon club room and Check-in was fast and seamless. Room had a nice view. Also the bed was very comfortable Food at shang palace was excellent  Interactions with staff generally very pleasant  Gian at lounge was always asking if I needed anything , and made me a mocktail despite the lounge not having any, Ella recommended me some tea Lobby interaction with Hakim was nice and Jaya Raj at Line was also very friendly Massive gym with plenty of equipment and nice, huge, swimming pool Also noticed staff at health spa hard at work , frequently cleaning/disinfecting the gym equipment Huge variety of breakfast at the Line, although it was more quantity than quality. Although the lounge breakfast had quite a different array of food and of higher quality. Will definitely return again.

We stayed here as we felt that having more space would be easier with two young children. The hotel itself is again very dated which shocked us a little due to the price you are paying. The staff are very helpful and ordered taxis when we requested them. The facilities within the hotel such as having a washing machine and dryer in the basement which was free to use and didn't require any products is very helpful and was used often. There is also a washer and dryer on every floor but you need to supply the products for that one - which we didn't feel was viable for such a short stay. Our 2 bed apartment was very spacious and well looked after by the housekeeping team. We weren't able to use the pool as this was down for maintenance but we did go to the hotel pool which was lovely but a little dated. I would have preferred there to be less inconsistencys within the hotel for example one breakfast we had at the buffet we weren't charged for our 6 year old but for our second trip we were which was a little confusing.

Pelanggan tempatan membantu memesannya. Kolam renang sepanjang 40 meter, bilik bersih, dapur dilengkapi peralatan dapur Cina dan Barat serta periuk nasi juga disediakan. Bersih, tuala pembersih akan ditukar setiap hari. Terdapat kedua-dua jenis Cina dan Barat untuk sarapan pagi, dan akan terdapat beberapa perubahan kecil setiap hari. Kopinya sedap dan memenuhi keperluan sepenuhnya. Kedudukan geografi adalah lebih tinggi, lima minit berjalan kaki dari pusat membeli-belah Orchard Road, setiap pusat membeli-belah akan mempunyai medan selera yang besar di bawah tanah. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan Taman Botani, dan saya sering pergi berjoging pagi. Jarak dari hotel ke Taman Botani lebih kurang 8 kilometer. Secara keseluruhannya, ini adalah apartmen servis terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Ia amat disyorkan dan akan memilih masa depan.

Hampir semuanya sempurna! Kedudukan terbaik, biliknya sangat hebat dan luas, dan bilik mandi adalah impian. Satu-satunya keluhan saya adalah dengan kolam renang kerana ia merupakan bahagian paling bertarikh di seluruh hotel dan mungkin bukan sahaja terdapat angin kencang pada hari itu dan beberapa dahan palma jatuh. Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

I had the best birthday celebration here! The hotel staff is very accommodating and patient. Sometimes its pretty normal for hotel staff to be snarky and give weird looks to youngsters coming for a staycation but my friends and I had a blast and I felt nothing but welcomed by all the staff❤️ Everyone should consider staying here while its still new and enjoy the good quality amenities and complimentary items!

I had a great stay at Mercure on Stevens. The two Malaysian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful during check-in, and they even allowed me to check in early. Although my room, 417, had a slightly strange smell, my overall experience was fantastic. The highlight was the convenient hotel shuttle transfer to Wheelock, the famous Orchard area in Singapore.

I stayed at Le Grove Serviced Residences (SG Clean), 11 minutes walk to Orchard Road, for two weeks (Sep 2023). Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is simply a 3 minutes’ walk. I booked for a One Bedroom “Deluxe” (46 m²). The residence consists of 1 living room with a kitchenette, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). I was allowed an “early check-in”, which is a great bonus. A welcome hamper (Tea, coffee biscuits. Etc), is presented upon arrival. Staff were polite and informative. . The premises are quiet and homy. The water pressure of the head shower was strong and invigorating. This room has a washer/dryer and cloth rack, which I found handy. There is NO oven, the microwave will suffice (defrost & baking). You will need to bring your slippers & bathrobes with you. The furniture is basic and the layout is practical. Toiletries are amply provided. Housekeeping, did the daily cleaning perfectly. . There is a FREE shuttle bus every day (except Sunday), making 14 trips a day and stopping at 9 destinations. Free Shuttle bus to Orchard Road is included. I highly recommend using the shuttle service, it is very convenient. . However, my only concern was that the apartment was located on the ground floor opposite the swimming pool, hence my privacy was compromised. I would have preferred a 1st floor apartment for complete privacy. SEE photos.

On behalf of the young adults from Church of the Ascension, we want to express our gratitude to Emmanuel Joshua Formeloza and his dedicated team at MYMCA for being such wondeful hosts - our young adults had a blessed and wonderful time during our retreat at MYCMA. Joshua had been so helpful and flexible from the moment we got in touch and I appreciate how Joshua and his team made our stay at MYMCA so pleasant. Thank you for accommodating our (sometimes) last minute changes and ”custom” requests. It also helped us to keep within budget.  Thank you once again for all the arrangements you made for us. You even arranged for your colleagues to provide water for us - I don't remember that being part of the package - we are so thankful for this bonus as it did come in handy when the young adults got thirsty.   Your sound system was also fantastic! We got to experience the quality during our sessions when our young adults led in music and praise. Thank you so much

Lawatan ke-2 kami dan kami masih menikmatinya! Bilik bersih dengan perkhidmatan hebat. Perkhidmatan proaktif dilengkapi dengan kebaikan dan keburukan. Contohnya, pengemasan mahu membersihkan bilik kami semasa kami sedang tidur. Kami juga dikejutkan dengan kakitangan pengemasan membersihkan bilik di sebelah. Mereka meminta maaf dan ramah atas maklum balas. Tetapi itu tidak merosakkan pengalaman. Oleh kerana jabatan pengemasan benar-benar proaktif dan berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk menjadikan penginapan tetap menyenangkan. Mereka bahkan menulis nota setelah mereka membersihkan bilik kami! 🥰

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip in October. This is not a 5 star hotel as what it claims to be. Lobby is small, the room is old, and water pressure of the bath room could be stronger. One of the room cards they gave me at the front desk was not working. Then the second time I had to go back to them for changing the room card was on that extra night I booked at the same room (it’s even done before arriving Singapore). I think their room card system is old and would not adjust accordingly to changes made to the bookings. Therefore, I think it’s overpriced comparing to other hotels on the same street (Orchard Road) If you viewed it as a four star, services in general was fine. Good choices and services for breakfasts.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)
