Surly and unhelpful receptionist on arrival, cramped room for 2 people with limited storing/hanging space. Bedside lamps unsafe and could not be used. Decor uninspiring. No hotel information re breakfast or other services. Will not book this hotel again. Extremely disappointing but didnt let it affect our successful visit to the beautiful sights of Bruges, Ghent and Brussels.

The area is so close to everything and made things easier. The room I had, 203 at the other side of the building was having
The heater faulty and the room wasn't clean at all. Flooring was dusty and full of long black hair and inside the safe was a rotten and smelly pack of salami. I have informed reception about it and all they offered were some blankets not even apologising.
Really poor sleep.

Located on busy street, could hear noise in the room throughout the night. Room itself simple but ok, but my floor corridor had some construction with door openingsbarricaded off which gives off a certain vibe. Reception and breakfast area completely void of staff for 20 minutes in the morning, did not answer bell, tect or phone. Caused some confusion and irritation for our check out.

Overall the stay was nice, the people at the reception were friendly and helpful, the room is big, the bathroom was clean, the window access was kind of difficult due to what seemed to be a broken curtain but the major problem was the bed. I was supposed to have a actual large bed but it was actually 2 one-person sized matress next to each other and it really was unconfortable when you would sleep in the middle. Also another good point about the Hotel is that there are a few good restaurants not far from the place and the view from the Botanique garden is wonderful, I would recommend this hotel !

The bed was terrible. I am 5'11" and my feet were all out, not counting that the mattress was uncomfortable and the "queen" bed was made of two twin beds badly connected.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the underground station, North railway station is also close, approximately 10 minutes walk. Receptionist was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Despite the room was facing the street it wasn't noisy and I slept well.
