這個酒店實際上是當地的，一個老牌度假村，緊靠王子**。設施從外麪看十分破舊，但是從裏麪看還是裝修過了的，符合最新的審美風格 這個內飾我給滿分。環境很好 周圍很大一片全是度假村的地，設施齊全，各種餐廳酒吧碼頭健身**全都在度假村裡。

C’est le mot qui convient pour cet hôtel. Appartenant, visiblement, au même propriétaire que la boulangerie-supérette du rez-de-chaussée, il offre un hébergement simple mais de qualité. Les chambres sont grandes, hyper propres et le service de ménage quotidien était sans-faute. Une cuisine fournit évier, frigo et micro-ondes. Ne vous inquiétez pas de la présence de la boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée, elle n’amène aucune nuisance sonore ou olfactive. Le quartier est sans charme touristique mais il offre toutes les commodités: laverie à 5 min., supermarché à 10 min. Si vous louez une auto, le parking est fourni et gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est pris dans la salle de la boulangerie et permet de voir les gens du coin venir chercher pain et sandwichs.

I stayed with friends at this resort for a few days during my visit to St. Maarten. The resort is beach front however, it felt man made. The sand was very much like quick sand if you stood in one spot too long. There was also a pool which was very nice and there often activities in the pool area. The rooms were nicely furnished but after speaking with others staying on site there were many rooms that had an issue with odor. My friends room had a strong odor and it took several complaints before someone actually came and addressed the issue. The staff that responded explained there was a ventilation issue causing the odor issue but to me it smelled like mildew. Despite the delay in a response to the smell complaint the staff members were always pleasant. Also, please note that if you chose this resort you should expect to be approached about attending a time share presentation. If you agree to attend beware of - Diane. She claimed to be a trainer in the time share presentation department - avoid her! She asked inappropriate questions throughout her so called presentation. Every time she asked where I had traveled in past and I told her she seemed jealous. She never actually showed me the property she wanted to buy into but was offended and interrogated me about why I didn't agree to purchase. She said “it’s Hilton”. When I told her again I wasn’t interested and explained that Hilton resorts outside the US don’t all live up to the Hilton name she became angry. I couldn’t believe she was a trainer because she was very unprofessional. She also insisted on signing me up for a Hilton AmEX card which I thought was so inappropriate. At one point I thought she might be intoxicated because she spoke in run on sentences and much of what she said was rambling and incoherent. Had I wanted to purchase, I definitely would NOT have done so with deranged Diane.

Een nieuw appartement met mooi uitzicht over het meer en op afstand de cruiseschepen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles zien er keurig en goed verzorgd uit. Je moet wel 3 trappen op om op de verdieping te komen. We kregen hulp van het personeel met onze koffers.
