B&B Nike - Rooms Only

民宿位置很不錯，去火車站和大巴士站幾分鐘路，去景點和遊船碼頭也非常方便，民宿有熱水壺和自動咖啡機，是朋友出行的不錯選擇。

中庭にベランダがあり落ち着いて過ごせた。

It’s an ok place for the cost but it is not located in a great location

It is a centrally located properly very closed to the old town area. The only drawback is that the the unit is on the 3rd floor and you need to climb many steps to reach your room after a long day of signseeing.

BB is excellent in the heart of the city, close to all the interesting sites and close to markets and restaurants. The hotel is located in an authentic apartment complex, and on the top floor, in a renovated building, with a feeling of living among the locals. The backyard, a courtyard, quiet and experiential of a local fabric of life. The room is large, clean, ventilated, with a small and beautiful balcony, the service is exceptional, the owner is a nice and pleasant man with a great desire to help. Worth and recommended. There is ample and nearby parking.

Pros: Good location and the fridge and kettle were good to have. Cons: 1. There was no free on site parking as advertised. 2. The rooms were not sound-proofed and it was loud in the morning when others were checking out. The winch to lift up the luggage reverberated through the room. 3. The city tax was charged at twice the amount which was advised during the booking.

La struttura ricettiva è posizionata appena fuori dall’Ortigia, questo consente di visitarla con una certa facilità ed inoltre consente di parcheggiare la macchina nella zona in parcheggi gratuiti. il b&b si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, anche se dotato di un montacarichi per i soli bagagli utilizzabile solo in presenza del responsabile. La camera ed il bagno sono spaziosi, ed in parte rinnovati, dotata di un piccolo terrazzino, nel mio caso, vista mare. Avendo trascorso una sola notte non posso esprimermi per molto di più, comunque un buon posto per visitare Ortigia.

Ho prenotato in questo B&B perché 7 anni fa' sono stati i miei cognati e mi sono fidato. Secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo vecchio, e fino qui non è un problema. Camera sporca senza bidet e con una pizza di fogna che quando rientravi in camera ti sentivi morire. Non c'era prima colazione ma macchinetta del caffè e tisaniera , problema che ne abbiamo avuto in tutto 10 cialde che il 4 giorno che stavamo già senza perché ne aveva messe giusto 4 in camera e dovevamo fare secondo lui mezzo caffè a testa al giorno. L'acqua l'abbiamo comprata la carta igienica l'abbiamo comprata, ma la cosa più scandalosa è stata la mancanza di pulizia oltre al cambio mai effettuato delle lenzuola e le asciugamani cambiate dopo 4 giorni. Non potevi aprire le finestre perché non c'erano le zanzariere e senza gli oscuri alle finestre e la mattina ti svegliava la luce . Sconsigliato
