Stayed here for one day. The location is perfect. Really nice but also very pricey hotel. The view was stunning in front of t of the lake. SPA was also with lake view. Although the restaurant is not good. The food is supper expensive and really not worth the money.

簡直太完美的一次體驗了！就在城堡旁邊，然後在酒店就能拍到城堡。夕陽的陽光撒在城堡上面簡直美炸了！還有湖景房，早晨和夕陽都是完美景色。還有就是湖外的泳池都是温泉spa！以後肯定還會再入住這家！

This hotel definitely gives you a lot of bang for your buck. The upside; the outdoor area was beautiful and you're right on the lake. You are literally feet from the city walls, it takes about 2 minutes to get there. The staff was very kind in accommodating and the hilotel was clean with beautiful views of the lake. The downside, there is a very noticeable smell on the main floor. The reason I gave them five stars is because it's a thermal Hotel so thermal baths are supposed to smell like rotten eggs. (My fault for not looking it up before). Also, it is supposed to be very healthy for you so a little smell didn't hurt anything. The room was a bit small but we really weren't in it often. The views are very nice and you overlook the lake everywhere. All in all I would definitely recommend. I would not say it is a luxury hotel but I would definitely say "top end".

Just wow! Completely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I planned to come here for 3 days and then head to the Dolomites. After leaving, we ended up shortening our trip to the Dolomites to come back for a couple of days! We felt like we were coming home! From the beautiful hotel, spa, unbelievable thermal pool with awesome massage features, bikes to the great food and friendly service, this place was one of our favorites in Italy (been to Rome, Amalfi, Florence and now Dolomites). What a beautiful lake, beautiful views from the hotel and a short walk to the old town of Sirmione where we had some of the best dinners of our stay. We will 100% be back and will be telling all our family and friends. We could have easily stayed here a full week. Thank you for the great experience!

We spent a week at the Grand Hotel Terme di Sirmione in mid-September 2024. The hotel is excellent, and all the staff are always helpful. The thermal pool was a big hit, you can spend many happy hours in it even when it is raining. The sulphur smell from the thermal pool can at times intrude into small parts of the hotel (the smell is not really noticeable in the open air at the pool), but that is a very small price for such a wonderful facility. The buffet breakfast is OK but if, like me, you like your bacon thickly cut they will slice and cook it specially on order, along with freshly cooked accompaniments like grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and fried egg. If you are a dog lover you will not be bothered by the fact that at weekends Italian guests bring their dogs and these are allowed into the restaurant! This is the only aspect of the hotel I would want to change, but having said that we will happily stay there again in the future.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel on Lake Garda, and it exceeded all expectations. The views were simply breathtaking, with panoramic vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains that felt like something out of a dream. The staff were incredibly attentive, anticipating our every need and going above and beyond to make our stay special. The therme pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing and luxurious way to unwind while enjoying the stunning scenery. This hotel is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel but not quite 5 star . Excellent location next to the old town , very nice and clean hotel with very pleasant staff but just lacking that personal touch regarding service . No service around the pool area , you have to go and find someone if you want a drink or something to eat , first world problem but what is expected in a 5 star rated hotel .

Great hotel, location, service - everything was superb!!!! Check-in was wonderful with a personal guided tour of the property. The pool service was great. Thermal pool lovely, sauna great, with great variety of drinks and snacks. Swimming in Lake Garda a highlight!! Breakfast was plentiful - great selection, and attentive service.

This was our second visit ( an 8 year gap) to this "Grand " hotel. We brought friends with us this time to show them this beautiful hotel. Sadly the hotel, except for the exceptional location, I feel is no longer so Grand. The Grounds and the location are beautiful but sadly parts of the hotel and rooms are now very dated. We booked two Superior rooms and one would expect them to be identical. My room was very disappointing. It was much smaller than my friends ( despite paying the same tariff). My husband could hardly fit into the shower ( he is slight but 1.88m and I struggled at 1.75m) The decor of the room was dated and the "balcony" could just squeeze two people onto it...at your peril. The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the on duty manager when I expressed my disappointment with the room. I was not angling for an upgrade, (although that was offered at an additional cost of 250 euros per night), we had already paid 700 Euros per night ( including breakfast). nothing else was offered to placate my disappointment except to suggest that my friends were lucky to get the larger room!! If you plan to stay here you will love the location and to be fair the breakfast was substantial and delicious and the staff generally smiley and accommodating Be prepared for the sulphur smell that travels up to the first floor pretty much every day. Enjoy the Lakeside location, Sirmione and the Ice cream Remember it comes at a high price during the peak season. Will we return next year........?????? Annie Haywood
