Um típico hotel preparado para estadia em família próximo ao lago, foi muito especial estar no hotel, fomos bem recebidos e tudo estava limpo. Único porém é o box do banheiro, muito pequeno.

A lovely villa experience, full of character. Super clean and very lovely owner who is dedicated to making our experience as wonderful as ever. Our room on the second floor could see parts of the lake. Conveniently located near good restaurants and a short drive to Sirmione old town

We had a family suite which was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty choice and food was really nice, if anything ran out you just had to ask for more and it got brought out. Pool area was really pretty and enough beds and shades. Would recommend.

The communication before arrival was good, and upon check-in, Sonia was really helpful and informative. The parking on site is really useful. The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the old centre of Sirmione and the ferry, so easy to access. But there are a selection of good restaurants, gelaterias and supermarkets near the hotel, so actually it was nice to be away from the busy centre! Pool was mostly quite and enjoyable. Overall, staff were very helpful and polite!

Never in my life experienced a smaller bathroom!
Need to bring the property to the 21st century standards.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay at HG which was keenly priced for a 3 star hotel in early May. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, nothing fancy but very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was good with gf options which suited my individual needs and a range of other items to suit others' tastes - coffee average surpringly for Italy! Only slight negatives are that the shower cubicle isn't big so that might be an issue for a larger bodied person and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good pool (not heated) too and plenty of sunbeds which we were allowed to use after check-out. Also close to Shuttle Bus pick up point to Sirmione old town which takes 5-10 mins and motorway to either Milan or Verona. Parking on site too and 2 decent restaurants close by, 1 of which we had time to sample for lunch - 3 course for 15 euro on weekdays. Would recommend Hotel Gardenia and stay there again if visiting the area again.

I did with them direct reservation for 4 rooms they send me the wrong confirmation for 2 rooms only I checked with them and they confirmed the 4 rooms I sent them my credit card information, they responded by canceling the booking totally unprofessional interaction to make it worst, the Reservation agent starting using profound language in Italian thinking I don't understand!!

This was easily the best Italian hotel we have ever stayed in & we go to Italy 2-3 times a year.
They were so friendly and helpful.
We even had our flights cancelled by easyjet, decided to drive out anyway and they shifted our booked a few days to accommodate last minute.
Can’t recommend Hotel Gardenia highly enough!
Aircon in room, comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast included and was delicious!
Pool is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are quiet and location is great with tons to walk to. They even had free parking available too. Kids were happy there was good wifi and they provided drinks from the bar to the pool or your room.
10/10!
