Onze TV werkte niet. Batterijen en technische dienst waren/was niet beschikbaar omdat we na 18 uur incheckte. Bij uitchecken gemeld. Antwoord: bedankt voor het doorgeven en sorry daarvoor. Echter geen compensatie of een kopje koffie voor het ongemak. Erg teleurstellend. Je boekt een kamer met faciliteiten en dan wil j er ook gebruik van maken. We hebben er geen stennis van gemaakt is het niet waard, echter jammer is het wel. Verder prima hotel!

這家酒店服務非常垃圾,住入酒店時候問了幾點早餐我們預訂了九點,九點到餐廳説是前台報了我們八點,歐洲冬季房間比較涼我們要加被子,它們説不提供,我們登錄它們網站才説服她們有這個服務,它們才給了被子,早上洗澡後找吹風機找不到電話前台讓我自己去前台取,***無語。退房時候要我付款房費(在攜程預訂是已經在線付款了,我衹需要付款4.7歐元城市費)我聯繫攜程攜程客服小秦熱情的回覆25分鐘搞定了酒店,結果收取城市費的時候還是多收了服務費5.3歐元(實際已經在線付款了),反饋攜程客服小秦後攜程飛速安排了退款。這家酒店明顯達不到希爾頓逸林的四星水平,服務有點歧視華人,我不會在選擇入住。這是我至今最糟糕的入住體驗。

Stayed for 5 nights and was quite impressed. Clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. You can easily walk into Sittard city if you want to try other restaurants. Breakfast and dinner was lovely with excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

I usually stay in Aachen when on business in this area, but Aachen hotels were full. DoubleTree by Hilton in Sittard has exceeded expectations and is a clear notch above the 2 best hotels in Aachen. Most staff were very engaging, front desk staff especially. Room for improvement with some breakfast staff. Special thanks to Ahmed at the front desk as very helpful and kind. My room was fully equipped with all amenities and spotlessly clean - Safe - Mini fridge - Coffee maker - Kettle - Good work desk - Very good lighting - Iron - Rain shower - Nice bathroom dispensers - Excellent bed comfort - Excellent pillows - TV; many English channels or English programs on the Netherlands networks - Although the windows did not open, the HVAC system worked really well to heat or cool on demand....unlike some other hotels in Europe where the system cannot heat or cool if in the wrong season **To improve** No USB outlets Not possible to cast or plug-in to TV Lack of storage drawers and small area to hang clothes Replace the normal hard chair at the desk, with a comfortable work chair Other - Large size comprehensive gym - Excellent breakfast - Bar area where soccer games could be viewed 15 minute walk to the train station, and only 1 stop away (15min) from Maastricht.

A converted school makes the corridors and stairs quite quirky. Breakfast was just ok - I think it could be great though with a bit more effort. I wasn’t impressed by the cook to order omelet. I was very impressed by bike storage - very easy to access and secure. Also the electric bike rental- what a great option.

The operations in this beautiful historic building not up to par. Very nice rooms. No love or soul in the team. Ops. on routine. We had a terrible experience with used coffee mugs in the room (groce). In the breakfast room again dirty china and cutlery. Need to do much better

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sittard while visiting the city. I thought to take a nice getaway from Amsterdam and landed here. The hotel is in a refurbished school and they did a thoughtful job of incorporating that element into the updates. I thoroughly enjoyed my room; it was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was on another level; again, it was spacious and well designed. The breakfast was never crowded and always plentiful. The evening cocktails were always on time too! I can't recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. PS: The cookies were good!

Beautifully redesigned school building with many details, extremely neat and tidy. We stayed there for the first time on a weekend trip to Antwerp and came back because we found the place so relaxing. We will come back for sure as it is just 1h from where we live and explore the Limburg region further.

Check in with Freek was exceptional as far as Hilton’s go. As Diamond members we were appreciated from arrival. But that’s where the service ended and the lack of a decent management came apparent. From the front desk, to Housekeeping, to the bar and even breakfast. Service was lacking and at times some people were not trained at all for their job! As we complained we were given coupons for a free drink of their choice but the service at the bar was soooooo hit and miss you tried to stay away. When I asked to speak to a manager k was told the manager was leaving the next week which is a good thing. Just hope the incoming manager actually does their job and train employees. 1. For every day you skip housekeeping you get a coupon for the bar/restaurant worth 7.50€. If there are two of you you get two coupons which is fair and generous as a two drinks at the bar cost much more than 7.50€. But wait after a couple of days we were informed it was only 1 coupon. The staff were not instructed properly and were giving out two coupons instead of one. There are many hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium that do this and they always credit you enough for two drinks. This hotel did not! We ask for housekeeping on day 5 of our 8 night stay and ask for bed linen change. Nothing was done. No sweeping nothing. That is after asking housekeepers directly. When we ask why you didn’t do what we asked they responded only change sheets on every third day, so we would have to wait for day 6. If we wanted them done now it would be 20€ extra. After a decent argument with housekeeping the manager of housekeeping said they would do it! What a joke! The hotel should offer 10€ credit for no housekeeping relative to their cost of changing the sheets and other hotels. The bar. We went in and ordered a Belgium beer and a burger . The beer I order they didn’t have so the lady tending the bar poured a different beer to into the beer glass of what I ordered and served it to me. When I tried it I told her this was not the beer I ordered and she confessed to pouring me a Dutch beer that cost 4.50€ instead of my 6.50€ Belgium beer. When she poured me another beer she could find the proper glass and just poured it in the a pils glass. She apologized and said she wasn’t trained at all to be at the bar. The burger was overcooked. Desserts were underwhelming. This place has great potential but is let down by management that has not trained most employees and has none informed. Let us hope new management gets it done otherwise this will be your normal disappointment of a Hilton hotel. The rooms vary greatly. They can be quirky as was our suite. Not enough hooks for towels. Tv only for the bedroom. Windows can be small! Rooms on the 2nd floor had smaller windows than that in the 1st. Also facing the courtyard/bar terrace they can be small. The hotel conversion is interesting. The fantastic bathroom is very well equipped with big and fluffy towels. A picture frame fell off the wall and landed on my head while I slept. The restaurant service and check-out service were glacially slow.
