Lovely hosts Alan & Lesley , great breakfast everyday. Whole place lovely & clean . Ideal location quite area of skegness opposite the boating lake . Would recommend this BB. Would recommend to family & friends , would return

The hosts were so lovely and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were very nice, the ordering process is a great idea, had a good selection of cereals. The little extras in the rooms are such a lovely touch (slippers, wipes & packs of pocket tissues) our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a seaview. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back and will be recommending Clarence b&b. See you again soon.

I stayed at Clarence House, for work purposes, I had a very nice room in a beautiful Victorian house. My room was warm and comfortable, Very clean, and the decor, modern and relaxing. I only had the opportunity to meet half of the B&B owners, which was Allan, he was very welcoming and friendly.

This is definitely one of the cleanest places I've spent in Skegness. The hospitality was great and the room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place on the seafront. We had an excellent weekend. Thank you! Des and Mark.

This B&B is the best in Skegness. The hosts couldn`t do enough for you. The bedroom was immaculate and the breakfast was very good. The position to the town was good, being on the road to the sea front made it very easy to go everywhere. The weather being good was a bonus. 11 out of 10 for this lovely B&B

Lovely stay. Extremely clean large room. Nice breakfast included. Lots of steps no lift (might be a problem to some). 2 parking spaces out front, 1st come 1st serve. Tea/coffee in room, no fridge. Would stay again.

I had a quiet room with comfy bed and soft pillows. plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. lovely soft towels and really soft toilet paper. very clean place with friendly hosts serving delicious breakfast with a good selection to choose from. I strongly recommend this b and b.

Friendly couple that can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable, clean rooms bed a bit uncomfortable and not enough pillows but will give more if you ask. Breakfast is well cooked and fresh and rooms cleaned daily if you want it. Good location near to everything but just far enough down you don't have a lot of noise to keep you awake.

The hotel is the best we have been going to Skegness for years staying at the same hotel the owners have retired and we found this little gem. Hotel is spotless and warm made to feel very welcome on arrival everything about this hotel is fantastic and the breakfast 😋will certainly be booking again thank you Allan + Lesley Frank and Caroline from Notts
