North Parade Seafront Accommodation

Owners have done there best to modernise rooms, public areas very dated. It is mandatory to leave car key with the owner and they wouldn't release our party's car keys, 2 couples, until we paid an extra £20. We were told only one guest had booked into each double room but my paperwork, including a amendment made directly after bkg, shows 4 guests in total.

Only stayed the one night as I was passing through Skegness cycle touring. Friendly guy checked me in promptly, even offered to store my bike behind their bar, appreciated. Cycle touring is expensive when you staying in a hotel every night, I try to stay in the £50-60 mark, all I want is a clean room to wash and sleep in but at that price point sometimes I am very disappointed. Not here, I expected a single room but it was a double, very clean, with everything I wanted or needed and along with the usual tea & coffee offerings were bottles of spring water, a nice touch. I thought it was great value considering the location, staff and price and can recommend it.

We have stayed in the North parade hotel a few times it's an excellant place to stay, staff are lovely and friendly. They serve a really good breakfast. Nice clean rooms easy for parking. We have already booked to go again next year. Thank you julieann and Lee for making are stay very enjoyable

We were met by the owner of the accomodation who checked us in sorry didn't get his name but was very pleasant and friendly we were told our room was on the second floor but to our relief there was a lift. Our room was very clean the bed was great so comfy, plenty of storage great view, also had an en suite. Dining room and breakfast was really nice. Nicely situated from town, beach, arcades and fair, only bit of constructive criticism didn't like the toilet tissue dispenser just kept shredding the tissue, and had lovely bath towels but nothing to put on hair getting out of the shower or bath so maybe a normal sized towel would benefit would recommend and would stay again. thank you

What can i say. Just returned from turkey and tinsel break. Was exceptional as ever. The staff were fabulous couldnt do enough for you. Was spotless. All meals were excellent and plentiful. Always come here wont go anywhere else unless theyre fully booked. Rooms always spacious and clean. Would highly reccomend to anyone julieann and lee. 110 %

The Hosts made you feel Special. The Breakfasts were The Best and The Cleanlinist was 100%. We came twice this year so looking forward to Next year Everything was only 5mins away.Fish and chip shops,Amusments and Pubs
