Lovely property on the waters edge, nicely appointed rooms. Dining at the port steps away! Very nice staff!

it has a wonderful location in the Old Port - very convenient to restaurants and ferry. The attention of the property manager Dimitri was exceptional! He helped us handle a missing luggage issue, recommended great places to eat and was available when we needed him!

We only stayed for a night, but it was in a fantastic and central location, lovely and clean with stunning views across the balcony. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is small and charming and the room is very comfortable. The manager is friendly and very helpful. He gave me excellent tips on where to eat. The hotel is located in the charming part of Skiathos town and is very special. I enjoyed my stay very much… but the bar next door was very loud until 2:30 am! So I had to shut all windows and turn on the aircon instead of enjoying the sound of the waves

The Water Hotel/ guest house is very well located at Skiathos Harbour. The room was very very clean, had an comfortable bed, modern decor and a small but nice terrace outside. In the evening hours guests are asked to lock the outside door to the building. There’s coffee and thee available in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper talk with the reception about witch room is best for you because there is a bar next door

It’s a beautiful hotel and the view from my window was amazing .Great location just steps off the main port.The room was spotless and the staff were brilliant .My only complaint was the noise from the nightclub next door ,loud music till 3:30am…I used white noise to finally fall asleep but then the couple in next room bought the party back to their balcony right outside my window till 5am … If you’re a light sleeper bring your ear plugs !!!

Super hotel with amazing views over the old harbour. We stayed for a week in Room W, which was top floor and looked towards the Bourtzi. A lovely bright room with a balcony, very large comfortable bed , quality fixtures and fittings , great toiletries. Perfectly situated for exploring Skiathos Old Town, the area can be a tad noisy but only at night. We found turning up the aircon solved any issue . The position of the hotel is worth any little inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Dimitris was very very helpful , offering great advice on where to eat, visit etc and we will definitely return. Thankyou for a lovely stay, Debbie and Dave Green x

We had a lively stay at The Water, the staff was friendly, the balcony view was amazing! The location is walkable. We easily walked through town and did some shopping, the restaurant next door was excellent and we were able to walk to our ferry the next day.

Wonderful accommodation and very helpful host. The location is phenomenal, however, be prepared for some noise from town at night. The balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee/happy hour. The concierge provided excellent restaurant tips. Rooms were beautiful.
