Great service-clean hotel This is the first review I have written for a hotel The hotel was great !the reason I am writing this review is because of the hotel staff. This was an first visit to Malta and with their help.suggestion and gudisncs we had a great experience. Our room was quite opacious and enough storage for a phot stay.It was another clean .Breakfast was excellent If returning to Malta ,we will stay at The window hotel again!

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. Hotel is just across from the sea and is well situated for public transport to get around the island. Didn't eat here but the rooftop pool and bar area was fab with large seating area. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. If we ever venture back to Malta we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Victoria yang asal telah ditutup seketika dan diikat di hotel baru bersebelahan (PALACE). Saya dengar ia adalah hotel yang beroperasi di tempat yang sama dengan PALACE. Anda pasti bertuah. Ligamen bertentangan dengan gereja. Kemudahannya sangat bagus. Sarapan pagi juga makan malam, tetapi makan malam dan rasa sedap di ruang istirahat tingkat 9. Pemandangannya cantik. Sayang sekali semua gambar belum dimuat naik. Ada besar pasar raya betul-betul di selekoh. Perhentian bas juga 5-10 minit berjalan kaki. Orang-orang di meja itu baik hati. Tidak ada masalah untuk tinggal dalam bahasa Inggeris Jegicho. Lounge di tingkat 9 sangat disyorkan (salad daging lembu Thailand sekitar 9 euro) Sandal pantai dan tuala boleh dibeli pada harga yang berpatutan di kedai berhampiran pantai, jadi ia adalah tempat di mana anda boleh berenang di dalam air secara santai walaupun anda datang dengan tangan kosong. Hotel yang saya tempah pada asalnya ditutup sementara. Kononnya Hotel Palace ini dan hotel yang saya tempah (Victoria) pada asalnya dibuka untuk perniagaan yang mewah. I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Sliema, Malta, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. I was visiting during my birthday, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Not only did they acknowledge my special day, but they also surprised me with a lovely birthday card, a delicious cake, and a bottle of wine delivered straight to my room! This thoughtful gesture made my birthday even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring Sliema and nearby areas. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Malta, and I’ll definitely be back!

Chambres de bonne taille, très propres et literie confortable . Bons petits-déjeuners sous forme de buffet très copieux . Piscine de l'hôtel agréable creusée dans le rocher en bordure de mer avec un bar et snack en plein air pour le déjeuner . Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble . Une nouvelle décoration des parties communes et des restaurants me paraît toutefois souhaitable, car pour le moment l'hôtel est certes confortable et de bonne qualité mais sans charme .

Location is good. It’s close to ferries and restaurants. The amenity is must-have things such as hairdryer, mug, glass, coffee, kettle but no drinking water. However, the unacceptable thing is that there is a stranger man using keycard (from whom???) and entered my room while I slept there. Luckily he went out of my room and asked is the issue solved? But actually I never reported any issue. this is 4 night-stay and this shocked event was on second date. I ask reception to check the camera and he promised will get back to me with detail. However they don’t. No official apology from hotel and no update until I check out. I asked reception upon check out but advised no idea and depend on management team, maybe a mistake from the team about keycard? This is ridiculous for their actions and how professional they are. I do not recommend this hotel as they did not care guests at all. If that day is a th ief , I can’t imagine!!

This hotel is ideally situated in Sliema. Not on the main boulevard, which means not as much traffic/noise, but a mere 2 minute walk to get to the hussle and bussle of the boulevard. Our room was on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel, which meant it was super quiet (only a church bell could be heard). Large room with extra pullout chair. Safe and little fridge available which were a welcome bonus. Bathroom large as well. Unfortunately, it did get quite hot in the bathroom because there was no window which we could open. The aircon in the room did help a little, but only when the door of the bathroom was left open. One of the twin beds had some issues with springs sticking out. This made for uncomfortable sleeping. The other bed creaked, making a lot of noise. This was mentioned to the front desk and dealt with promptly. Room otherwise fine and clean. Breakfast was fine. Lots of sweets, but also bread, croissants, fruit (salad), scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, cereals, yoghurt and more. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we really liked this hotel for many reasons. We would definitely choose Mr Todd again if we went to Malta.

A central hotel with stunning views overlooking the seafront of Sliema, Valletta to the left, and the busy promenade. We praise the cleaners who kept the rooms spotless and were helpful when we asked for extra pillows and towels. Our room was cleaned around 14.00. The reception staff was always smiling, and check-in was efficient. We e-mailed the hotel a week before our arrival to confirm the booking; just a precaution to avoid any mishaps upon arrival. There were plenty of breakfast choices, including cooked and cold cuts, yogurts, pastries, four types of juices (machine), and a selection of beverages (machine). The breakfast area was on the eighth floor, the perfect setting for starting the day. People were taking selfies and loving it! The manager seemed to work around the clock; he was present during breakfast, clearing tables and supervising the staff. The hotel is slightly dated but clean. One of the lifts had issues one day, and the other was slow, but we had no trouble taking the stairs—free exercise. There is a restaurant on the premises on the ground floor. We did not try it, but the staff always greeted us friendly as we passed on our way in or out. There is a mini fridge in the room. Two bottles of water were waiting for us upon arrival, and there was a kettle with a selection of coffee and black tea. The kettle was nice and clean inside. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and were lucky to see the fireworks show from Valletta. Thank you, Marina Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean and central hotel in Sliema.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Malta! Located in Slima, you were just a few minutes from Valletta by boat or by bus. It was an area with easy access to other part of the Island. Slima was a great choice to stay, there was loads of stirs, restaurants and markets near by. About the hotel, all of our love. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. They even have sauna and a small pool. I would 100% recommend the experience. If I had to say a down side, it was the stairs. The hotel has no elevators. They do tell this on their website and it wasn’t something that bother us. Over all, 100% great experience!

RR Liangsuper relaxing and literally right next to the hotspot of paceville where all the restaurants and shopping centres are, quick car ride to valetta and sliema, service was amazing and room was super super clean. very new hotel so everything was new and clean, they gave us wooden toothbrushes and nice smelling soap, ventilation was good and air conditioning was powerful, no swimming pool or balcony unfortunately but breakfast included and was very yummy, good selection of breakfast foods, service was utterly impeccable. rooms are soundproof so you can’t hear the music of the clubs from the outside. stayed there for three nights and enjoyed each one. would definitely stay again

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cette hôtel, et ces nuits n’ont pas été forcément reposante. Pour commencer, nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage. La fenêtre donnait sur une très petite « cour » et disons que la luminosité était comme inexistante (voir la photo, pour information la photo a été prise à 10h30 du matin). Ensuite, nous avons demandé a changé de chambre car toute la nuit nous avions un bruit incessant venant du tableau électrique et une climatisation qui s’allumait toute seule en plein milieu de la nuit, faisant au passage énormément de bruit. Pour les 5 nuits restantes nous avons eu une chambre au 4e étage.. et cette fois on avait la lumière. Quel bonheur d’avoir de la lumière naturel le matin ! Mais le repos n’a pas ete mieux. Pour commencer (et c’est le cas dans toute les chambres), à chaque fois que la lumière de la salle de bain est allumé la vmc se met en marche (et le bruit qui va avec), en soit c’est pas un problème, sauf que l’isolation très médiocre de l’hôtel fait qu’on entend même la vmc des voisins. Quand nos voisins rentrent à 5h du matin et prenne une douche, on entend aussi bien la ventilation que la douche.. Enfin l’isolation de la chambre, parlons-en, on entend les gens marcher dans le couloir, parler dans leur chambre et, pompons sur la Garonne, on entend même le robot de la piscine laver à 7h15 du matin !! Seuls points positifs, l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui se situe dans un quartier central et le personnel qui est très serviable mais ces points ne compensent pas le reste. En bref si vous chercher un hôtel pour faire le tour de Malte et vous reposer après de bonnes journée dans de magnifiques lieux, passer votre chemin

PPengguna TetamuI was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great. ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Malta! The location is absolutely fantastic, putting us right at the heart of everything, with easy access to local attractions. The staff deserves every bit of praise, being both helpful and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Our apartment was a delight as well—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malta! - the ferry to Valetta is only minutes away

The location boasted proximity to the coast, shops, and restaurants. However, the room itself presented numerous issues: 1. Despite attempts to invite natural light, the room remained excessively dark due to taped or covered windows, offering only a shaft-view. This created a nearly pitch-black atmosphere, accompanied by disruptive sounds such as water dripping from the air conditioning unit or clicking noises. 2. Persistent clicking noises persisted both with the window open and closed, significantly disrupting sleep. 3. The room did not align with the amenities depicted in online photos, such as a missing table and chairs, leading to a sense of false advertising. Additionally, there was no mention of the shaft-view or the lack of natural light. 4. Cleanliness was lacking, with visible stains on the sink and bathroom wall, leaving an unpleasant odor. 5. Despite promises of Wi-Fi, it only functioned on the first day, causing inconvenience despite efforts by the receptionist to rectify the issue. 6. A displeasing odor upon entry suggested inadequate ventilation or cleanliness standards. 7. The room featured worn-down furnishings, reflecting a lack of investment in maintaining a comfortable environment, contributing to an overall disappointing and depressing ambiance. 8. Difficulty in regulating the water temperature in the shower added further discomfort, swinging between cold and scalding hot. 9. The lack of a duvet and provision of only a thin sheet offered inadequate protection during winter months. 10. Requests to change rooms proved futile, as alternatives offered were disappointingly similar, indicating persistent issues with standard accommodations. 11. The hotel staff's refusal to provide a stay invoice and redirecting responsibility to the booking platform added unnecessary frustration, reflecting a disappointing level of customer service. Ultimately, the hotel's refusal to provide compensation or accept responsibility led to the guest checking out early, resulting in the loss of money and the need to book alternative accommodations.

The hotel is very run down and filthy. It needs a major refurb. The lift didn’t work and you have to climb stairs just to get to reception. The bathroom was disgusting with a very small shower tray that a small child would struggle to stand in with a mouldy shower curtain, the shower leaked all over the floor when you used it. The bathroom door hit the toilet when you opened it. You’d have to go in side ways. The beds were really uncomfortable and didn’t feel clean and fresh facilities were very basic. The air con and fridge were really noisy all night. No breakfast or drinks etc available at all. Balcony’s join up with neighbouring rooms so, no privacy whatsoever and a real security concern, the doors to our room were also flimsy and temperamental to lock. The worst bit was the noise! Every single night there was shouting, screaming and running up and down the stairs. I was woken up constantly. There is a receptionist on 24/7 so, you’d think they would ensure people were quieter. I’m all up for a good time but, this was just taking the mick. It was relentless. One night about 4am someone opened our door and came into our room! I was petrified. Luckily I was already awake because of all the noise in the corridors. Whoever it was just walked out again when I jumped out of bed. Followed by, every single morning hotel staff / house keeping would be really loud and wake everyone up. You could hear word for word conversations. constant loud voices and banging around. The worst place ive ever stayed. I’ve come home absolutely exhausted.
