Bersebelahan dengan London Heathrow T5, kira-kira 15 minit dengan teksi, biliknya bersih dan rapi, sikap perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu sangat baik, tetapi penyaman udara agak buruk, dan harganya tinggi! ! …… Sekiranya anda berpindah di Heathrow T5, anda perlu menginap pada waktu malam, ini adalah pilihan yang sangat baik

Amazing experience, in the triple room with the family. Felt right at home with all the care and extended benefits for accomodation of our needs. Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.

Upon arriving at the hotel i was quickly checked in and upgraded to a better room on a high floor with a view. The hotel is located on London Road and there are regular buses to and from Heathrow airport. I have also have full buffet breakfast included in my booking and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Great value for money and convenient location for Heathrow airport.

Welcoming arrival. Located on the ground floor. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable but some of the plugs in the room weren’t working.

It was amazing 😻 one night there was enough to know that is a cozy place and I enjoyed a lot the Bar and Restaurant Atlantis

Excellent location, near Heathrow airport. Breakfast included, and all the staff members are very polite and kind. Hotel is very clean and in good conditions.

The hotel location is not as close to the heathrow airport terminal 5 as expected. The room was clean, but was suited more for a person with physical challenges (wheelchair, etc.). The staff was professional and attentive to my concerns.

They say this hotel is in terminal 5, but it’s so far from airport. We paid by Uber 32 pound to come to the hotel. The room was really nice, and comfortable bed. Today in the morning was no water in all hotel, so we couldn’t take showers and in the breakfast was no drinks and no even coffee. A bit disappointed

Situated in a wierd place

I like this place as the first stop when starting at Histower Airport, London. Convenient and affordable.

Very convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle bus but with charge. Overall, good location when you need to catch a flight.

Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Bathroom is spacious with a huge shower cubicle. Floor tiles in the bathroom need refitting and regrouting as they are all wobbly and they have lost almost all of the grouting. Very modern design. Beds are really comfortable. Telephone did not function and there was no information about their services. Front desk staff was not always very helpful.

My experience was terrible. There was banging and works going on behind me. Did not have the best sleep. In the end they had to give me a refund as I did not enjoy it at all. They stopped the banging at checkout but did was not told that my check out was 1pm and not 12 and so the drilling started. Absolute nightmare Awaiting reply from manager.

Hotel is in ideal place, customer service was brilliant. Room very clean and comfy and breakfast fresh and hot
