The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems.
