Getting accused of smoking in our room when we have a children staying with us really made us feel unwelcome at the end of our stay no less the management checked our room not a cleaner absolutely unnecessary not a nice way to end our stay

Beautiful grounds, nice and quiet. Restaurant was convenient but just ok. Had the seafood pasta dish - mussels and scallops were ick, prawns were good

Lovely clean room, warm, quiet, comfortable bed. Restaurant had lovely food with good waiters & waitresses.
Room was serviced with clean towels and more tea, coffee and biscuits.
Exceptional.

A great couple of nights. The room was clean, a good size and cosy and quiet. The dining room bistro food was above expectations with the octopus as good as I had in Greece!

Beautiful property with mini lakes and ducks. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities and service were great.

Welcomed us brilliantly despite last minute booking. Even turned pizza oven back on to serve us a pizza despite our late arrival, and brought it direct to our room.

We had problems with check in , we arrived at reception about 15 minutes early and was informed our room was not ready, we said we would go and wait in the bar the receptionist said it would be about 30 minutes and she would ring when ready. We decided to explore the town and 2 hours later she rang. The room was nice and clean. But unfortunately I found the shower was so slippery with no safety at all my Husband could not possibly use it. We had a meal that left a lot to be desired. We went into town the following night and had a lovely meal. It is not really in my character to leave a bad review but felt I needed to.
