Hotel berhampiran Rocca Sveva, Soave

The hotel was a good 20 minutes on a bus from the outskirts of Verona. The parking is not free you have to pay €10 a day to park in their underground car park. The room was dirty near the bed an inch thick along one wall. The bathroom had black mould round the edges and up the tiles., also the shower head was black. There was an inch wide full length of the bath piece of tape stuck to the bottom of the bath with mould growing on the whole length. Four beds in our room left very little room to walk. The bed that we slept in was supposed to be a double but there was a huge ridge in the middle as the two beds which were pushed together were different heights. There was another single bed at the side and one at the bottom. When I asked to change rooms they said they were full up, and the staff were not helpful. The carpet in the corridor was absolutely filthy, it had been beautiful in its day but that must have been 50 years ago. The curtains were hanging down off their hooks and were not connected to the rods to pull or push.

Mi sono trovato benissimo anche se è ubicato in periferia la zona è molto servita e L hotel ha un servizio navetta che per arrivare in centro e ritornare …oltre al parcheggio auto molto ampio e sicuro Le camere in ordine e pulite ed il personale è giovane e cordiale!

We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you. We needed somewhere to stay in Verona just for one night before catching our flight back home, i honestly feel we hit the jackpot with our apartment. We stayed in Guiliettes House and it was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. The reception was on the same street a few doors down, we were able to leave our luggage here whilst we went exploring. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips to get the most out of stay. I would love to return and hopefully stay a little longer.

We needed an overnight close to the airport as we arrived very late (1 am). Reception (Chiara) was super responsive and gave very clear instructions for self check in. It was very easy and fast to do. Breakfast was excellent with proper coffee and croissant. There is a parking place in front of the hotel. This all deserves 5, but what we didn’t like was the room on the 3rd floor that was bit too warm and AC was not placed on the most suitable place to cool down the room.
