au niveau personnelle rien à dire très accueillant et aimable au niveau nettoyage ils pourraient faire un effort au niveau toile d'araignée sinon les lits et la douche très correct par contre petit bémol ils manquent beaucoup de chaines sur la tv et connexion wifi quasi inexistant impossible d ouvrir une vidéo ou attendre 2 minutes sinon dans l'ensemble correct pour le prix

NEGATIVE: This hotel was not what we expected. The hotel had advertised about having a restaurant, which we had intensions of eating at, after a long days drive, however when we arrived they didn’t offer any food. The hotel seemed more like a motel with a worn down look and the a**osphere was non-existent. The motel’s bathroom had a lack of toilet paper and when I went down to ask for some exstra they gave me sum, but took it away again when roomservice came around while we was out. Along with no toilet brush. They weren’t any good at English either POSITIVE: Despite having a lot of negatives, the factors that kept it away from a 1/5 are the beds which were nice. The rooms were clean and roomservice had cleaned it nicely. Along with the bathtub which was alright. The breakfast was okay. Would not recommend

Check in was quick and uncomplicated and the communications before that were excellent., The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, and there was a very good bathroom and shower. The place is close to the motorway, which was ideal for it. There's not much around in terms of restaurants, but there's a food court and other fast food places a short walk away.

My husband had to stay in France for a week and we found this hotel in Lille, he stayed there for a couple of days until he had to go to Dunkerque. First of all, I want to start by saying that my husband does not speak English and therefore I was helping him to get around through talking on the phone with people and booking places online from the UK. When I was trying to extend his day at the hotel for an extra night, the receptionist had told me that the price is different tonight and it is €98. I was quite sceptical so I decided to check the price on their website and had seen that it was half of the price that the receptionist had told us. My husband had to go to Dunkerque and we found that there was another B&B Hotel there and we thought since he was confident and comfortable in the hotel in Lille, it would be easier for him to stay at the same hotel in Dunkerque. However this was the worst experience. I had booked a night at this hotel for my husband only for the receptionist to say that they wouldn't accept my husband because he did not have the credit card that I had payed with. He was never asked to show a credit card in the B&B Hotel in Lille. Bear in mind, my husband does not know english, he is a tourist and due to where he is from, he does not have a VISA or Mastercard. I spoke to what seemed to be the manager of the hotel and explained to him my situation and that I could send him a photo of my card details if that would be better as I did not want my husband on the street. He then replied with a cold ”No.”, I mentioned that it does not say anywhere on the website that you need a credit card on arrival and in Lille they did not ask me for one. He replied to me with this: ”Well this is MY hotel.” in a very arrogant manner. I asked for a refund and he replied ”Check online”. Not only did I not get a refund (as there was no option for one online), my husband was out in the freezing and rainy weather with no where to go. My husband had later told me that the staffs attitude towards him was rude and smug when he attempted to talk to him in the little bit of English that he knew, as if they were looking down on him for being a foreigner. This is absolutely discriminatory and I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you are fine with arrogant and snobbish behaviour. For this all to happen on my husbands birthday is just heartbreaking. I have never felt so angry and helpless that my husband was roaming the streets to a strange city he was so unfamiliar with. I do not recommend this place, please avoid if you want to be scammed for your money.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil très sympathique, logement très spacieux et très propre, très bien placé . Très calme pourtant en centre ville. Endroit très accueillant et fleuri .je recommande

We have stayed in many premiere classe hotels over the last 21 years and except they are cheap and basic. However on arriving at this premiere classe, it looked dirty and run down on the outside with litter everywhere. On entering the room it smelt very smoky and stale, the bed covers were covered in cigarette burns, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in months. I refused to shower as I felt I'd feel more dirty, due to the stains and hairs in there. The wash basin wasn't much better and again had terrible stains on it. I've put terrible value for money, not because of the price, but because I feel that we should not have to have paid anything for such a terrible room. Location also wasn't great, with nothing near by, however I feel that this is our fault for not researching the area.It's made us reconsider booking with you again later in the year, or in fact ever again.
