Pros: The hotel design is very modern and clean. The staff are nice and friendly and do everything they can to help you. This hotel is big on sustainability. They don't leave plastic bottles in your room. Instead, you have glass bottles that you can fill up everywhere in the hotel. Every floor has a drinking fountain where you can fill up your bottle. The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast is not a buffet. On weekdays, you have to choose between a Bulgarian or a French breakfast. At first, I was disappointed that they didn't have a simple option like an omelet; I went with the Bulgarian option. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh. On weekends, you only have an omelet option, which was also great. For dinner, I got Sea Bass and it was also great! I am fully satisfied with the food served at this hotel. The only criticism I can give is that the breakfast serving window is very small and late (8:30 am to 10:30 am if I remember correctly) and you have to wait for more than usual to get your food. Cons: The rooms have tile floors, which look cold but are not since I believe they use floor heating. The problem is that they don't offer slippers, which I don't like, since the same tiles continue into the toilet. It doesn't feel clean. They also don't offer toothbrushes which I would have really appreciated. I had to unplug the fridge since the compressor made a lot of noise when turning off and on, and I'm a light sleeper. Overall I would recommend this place if the location suits you, just bring your own slippers and enjoy the food!

Until now I had had good experience with MGallery hotels in just about every way so this one, while ok in general, was not brilliant and I think not that welcoming. To get into the car park was not easy as, even though I had asked how to, and we pressed the button a few times, I had to go back to reception as the receptionist had not bothered to respond as she was dealing with a lady who was apparently very tired and really need to check in immediately. I pointed out I was tired too and keen to check in. Imagine sitting outside in the car at a barrier like an ***** - hardly great service. Getting out was similar although it was another member of staff who failed to notice the bell, but that brings us back to that previous receptionist who I think was impatiently rude to him, as he was being trained and clearly not brilliantly. The rooms are ok. The theme seems to be pre-cast concrete. The restaurant was good in terms of food but the staff were not attentive.

Simply wonderful, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome, check-in was super fast, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. In the restaurant, excellent food and impeccable attention from everyone, especially from Alexander (I hope it is well written). I had to work that day and I could connect my PC to the TV for a better view, however the TV wouldn't let me connect it. I spoke to a guy in the reception (I don't remember his name) who was at the reception and he quickly called the technician and in less than 10 minutes everything was ready. . The hotel is close to many places. The bar was excellent, especially Nikos' attention, Special recognition to Ivelime or Iveline for always leaving our room excellent. Thanks for the bear made of towels, it was very cute.

Sofia Central Park Hotel On July 19, 2022 my wife and I arrived to Sofia on flight from Istanbul. The Central Park Hotel was chosen by the agency organizing our tours from Sofia, Bulgaria to Belgrade and to Bucharest, Romania. After taking the late afternoon tour of the area we discovered that the hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy walk to most of the interesting tourist sites. We had comfortable room listed as the third floor, but actually it was the sixth floor from the ground. We liked the room and definitely liked the morning included breakfast with variety of fruits, vegetables, juices, cereals, eggs, sausages, etc. One minor note. There are just few drawers were available and coming from the cruise we left all our clothes in the suitcases for the following two nights stay. Overall, it was the good place to stay. Good Travels

Great one night stay. Me and my mate wanted somewhere to bed down before hiking up Vitosha and this place was perfect. Krasimir was fantastic. We arrived late after a 3 hour journey from Kazanlak and hadn’t eaten so Krasimir asked the restaurant next door if they could cook us some food even though they stopped serving at 9:30pm. Service and food at the restaurant was excellent. We also had breakfast there the next morning. Although we were due to check out at 12 we were able to leave our bags at reception for the day whilst we hiked up to Boyana waterfall. On our return, Krasimir kindly booked us a taxi to head back into the central part of town. Really helpful with it being our first time in Sofia and our Bulgarian being very limited. Thankyou Krasimir & Villa Boyana for your excellent hospitality.

Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
