Ulasan Budapest Hotel

Our stay at Hotel Budapest in Sofia was enjoyable and convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent—easily accessible and close to many key attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that satisfied our expectations. However, the dinner service during New Year’s Eve was noticeably slower, likely due to the large number of guests celebrating the occasion. While the wait was understandable given the holiday rush, a bit more efficiency would have improved the experience. Overall, Hotel Budapest offers great food, a prime location, and a welcoming atmosphere. With a little attention to service during peak times, it’s an excellent choice for a stay in Sofia!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I think this is a good value hotel.

The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy. Only a few superior rooms are not noisy. There is a tram stop downstairs. There is a fat lady at the front desk who provides poor service. I don't like her. Others are okay.

I thought the location was good because it was about a 10-minute walk from Sofia Central Station, within walking distance to the center, and there was a supermarket nearby. It's not that it's not clean, but the overall impression of the hotel was dark. Maybe it's the carpet or the lighting. The service was not bad, but the receptionist was a little blunt or unfriendly. I heard that many Bulgarian people are shy as a national character, so I think that's the way it is. Amenities included shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, bath towels, face towels, and bath mats, but there were no tissues, toothbrushes, slippers, or loungewear. There is no water in a plastic bottle, so when you drink coffee or tea that is provided as an amenity, you need to use tap water or the water you bought yourself. All the breakfasts were delicious. It seems that there is basically no person in charge other than replenishing meals and serving dishes, so it seems that each person can use it freely.

Well, it's a bit ambiguous. If it's your first time, it might be scary. But it's okay if you move a few times.

- Номер очень мрачный, мало освещения в номере, постельное белье в дырках, застиранное. Кровать без спинки, мебель очень старая, перебои в горячей и холодной водой. В номере не было тапочек и халата, пришлось идти просить. + Но горничная была очень вежливая и почистила быстро пол и принесла халат. + Заселение было очень быстрым!) + В день отъезда была очень вежливая девушка на ресепшене.

房間空間尚可，不過整體設施比較老舊，裝修風格深色系導致房間比較暗，早餐種類比較齊全，還算可以接受，提前預訂的話價格還算優惠。
