Was extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

While the hotel itself is good, and the rooms are comfortable, the service needs significant improvements. The hotel staff is argumentative and rude, and that affects one’s experience.

The hotel is newly built. Turn right and walk for 5 minutes to the subway station. Metro Line 4 goes from the city center to the church and the airport in just over ten minutes. It is a newly built landmark building opposite.

The free shuttle bus is a lie. There is no toilet paper in the toilet. There are many people checking in, but only one person is working, and he is so slow that it makes people anxious. The online reviews say that the breakfast is good, which is also incorrect. I can only say that it is enough to eat, but there is almost no hot food.

Maybe the facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is OK, so overall it's OK.
