The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Their warm and accommodating nature made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the spacious and beautifully decorated room. The tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and meticulously chosen artwork created an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the room service at Grand Hotel Sofia was exceptional, offering a delectable menu of dishes that surpassed my expectations. Each meal was flawlessly prepared and delivered promptly, further enhancing the overall experience. Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.

Struttura nell'insieme molto bella, opere d'arte da tutte le parti,una gioia per gli occhi, le camere spaziose,ma aimé un po sporche, colazione eccezionale con tantissime scelte sia dolce che salato. Una pecca a mio parere è la temperatura interna della struttura, ma soprattutto delle camere che anche con clima acceso 13° non si riusciva a freddare.

A superb and very stylish option, centrally located in a smart neighbourhood. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was superb, though there seemed to be a bit of an issue with the plumbing…a bit of an unpleasant odour. Housekeeping came daily and were very thorough and there’s a room turndown, not something you see everywhere these days. The rooftop bar is very popular so do book, even as a guest of the hotel. The cocktails are very good, the menu is merely a guide: if you have a favourite, ask for it, they may well be able to make it for you. I also had a massage at the spa. First class!

Simply wonderful, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome, check-in was super fast, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. In the restaurant, excellent food and impeccable attention from everyone, especially from Alexander (I hope it is well written). I had to work that day and I could connect my PC to the TV for a better view, however the TV wouldn't let me connect it. I spoke to a guy in the reception (I don't remember his name) who was at the reception and he quickly called the technician and in less than 10 minutes everything was ready. . The hotel is close to many places. The bar was excellent, especially Nikos' attention, Special recognition to Ivelime or Iveline for always leaving our room excellent. Thanks for the bear made of towels, it was very cute.

Until now I had had good experience with MGallery hotels in just about every way so this one, while ok in general, was not brilliant and I think not that welcoming. To get into the car park was not easy as, even though I had asked how to, and we pressed the button a few times, I had to go back to reception as the receptionist had not bothered to respond as she was dealing with a lady who was apparently very tired and really need to check in immediately. I pointed out I was tired too and keen to check in. Imagine sitting outside in the car at a barrier like an ***** - hardly great service. Getting out was similar although it was another member of staff who failed to notice the bell, but that brings us back to that previous receptionist who I think was impatiently rude to him, as he was being trained and clearly not brilliantly. The rooms are ok. The theme seems to be pre-cast concrete. The restaurant was good in terms of food but the staff were not attentive.
