Hotel dengan WiFi di Sofia

The room was dirty , nothing looked like the pictures. The only positive are the staff, the star is for them The room small, when we came back after long walk in the morning around 2 pm the room still was not done , it seems they do not have enough staff , when I complained I was told the housekeeping will be done 5 pm? In the pictures it looked you have a nice lobby that you could enjoy but far from true I usually hate to give negative feedback but felt I need to this time

The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

I have really enjoyed my stay in Sofia, thanks to the amazing staff and rooms at Metropolitan. Only tried the kitchen a couple of times, but both times everything was great! Me and a few colleagues also got a small meeting room while there and all was organised with just a quick ask on the reception desk. Would recommend for a Sofia stay!

Hotel molto carino in una posizione invidiabile a due passi dalla metropolitana, a 5 minuti dal centro commerciale Mall of Sofia e a 10 minuti dal centro della città. L'albergo è carino, pulito ed il personale è molto gentile e disponibile (infatti non capisco chi lo ha criticato). La camera era molto pulita e grande, la doccia comoda così come il resto del bagno nel quale si trovano molti accessori come shampoo balsamo, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo, asciugacapelli. È presente un frigobar molto fornito e con prezzi popolari ed anche un bollitore per l'acqua con compresi nel prezzo due the e due caffè solubili al giorno. Sala colazioni accogliente con una buona scelta di dolce e soprattutto di salato con prodotti di ottima qualità ed in quantità più che sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Se dovessimo tornare a Sofia questo hotel sarebbe senza di bio la nostra prima scelta.

Великолепный отель. Хорошие завтраки. Персонал очень вежливый! Спасибо ребятам за прием! Чистые номера, персонал очень следит за этим. Номера уютные и приятные, приятно расслабиться после командировки. Расположение отеля великолепное - самое сердце столицы! Это лучший отель в Софии. Если в Софию - только сюда!

What a pleasant experience! From entering the hotel until we left, we enjoyed a fine and warm welcome from friendly reception staff, accommodating servers at the bar, high-end shower products from Rituals, a great view from the 15th floor, and a wide offer for breakfast. Parking is also available, and the hotel is only a short, 15-minute ride from downtown Sofia. This makes it a top choice for business or leisure travel. There is also a cozy kids corner for younger guests. We liked so much the experience that we came back a week later. Could only congratulate the staff and the management, and highly recommend the hotel to anyone going to Sofia!
