We've had our first family vacation experience with our little 15 months old toddler in this beautiful house with beautiful hosts... Awesome food including vegan options, clean and comfortable vintage room, always smiling and welcoming hosts who made us forget that we're on vacation, instead made us feel like we are at our own home. Our toddler enjoyed playing in the safe garden with beautiful plants and trees while we were enjoying our drinks under refreshing air with my spouse. The location is exceptionally perfect considering the distance to historical & touristic places, national parks and the beautiful beaches on the region. It is still a perfect place for those who prefer to rest before a beautiful sight in a stone house located in a magical stonehouse village. We already pointed this place as our favorite one that will be visited frequently on our vacations and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans a travel to this region. I wish we'd stayed longer here. This Pansiyon is lovingly family run. Mithat was so helpful and gave us advice on hiking and hiring a boat out on the lake to see the fantastic birds and where to walk in the village - pretty well anywhere to see impressive ruins. The food was fantastic and all local and cooked by mum. The rooms were fine with Aircon and decent bathrooms. I found the bed comfy. It's very rural and the Pansiyon is quite rustic but very attractive. Cockerels and an occasional donkey disturbed the peace.

Ladies beach is just two blocks away, and there is mini bus that go to the pier area, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staffs are nice and the breakfast was amazing!

Excellent hotel. Much better than expected. Clean, spacious room, amazing view and friendly staff. I ended up extending an extra night. Location is 5 min drive from most main attractions or 15-20 min to main bus stops.

We stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room which was a lovely modern room, well furnished and with a stunning view of the sea. The bathroom, although small, was modern and well-fitted. Beds were super comfy. I think it's a Turkish summer thing, but in the summer time, there are no duvets provided in the rooms - Only a bedspread type of thing, which felt strange, but we experienced this in several hotels during our stay. The location was excellent - Right across the road from the promenade and the sea. We could people-watch right from the comfort of our room. We were opposite the famous Kusadasi sign, could see the majestic cruise ships come in each morning, and also saw a couple of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Restaurants, bars, shops and the Marina mall were all just a few steps away from the hotel. Ali at the reception, was extremely helpful before and after we checked in. Even despite a very last-minute request, he organized a guide for us to take us to Ephesus, who turned out to be brilliant. He also promptly organized Adaland tickets for us so we could skip the ticket queue. We had an issue with our A/C, which wasn't cooling, and the housekeeping staff promptly fixed it, after which it worked very well. Cleanliness & house-keeping was on point! I was so happy to have a full length mirror in the room! (a bit of a rarity in many mid range hotels in Turkey) The breakfast spread was my favourite part - such a huge spread, delicious coffee, and they were the first hotel during our trip in Turkey that served my now favourite Kaymak (Turkish clotted cream in honey) Breakfast was served on the rooftop which again had lovely views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to go back and stay at Ilayda once again.
