The hotel is empty on weekdays, cleanliness is maintained room service is great. We bought fruits and vegetables for breakfast because food was not upto the mark. The hotel premises is calm and soothing. Great stay for relaxation

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights ( 1 month in advance). Here are the most disgusting issues we had to face: -After checking in, there were no towels, no soaps, and no buckets in the bathroom -The phone in one of the rooms was not connected. Just a disconnected receiver (check attached pic) -The rooms were dirty. There was garbage under a bed (check image) -Furniture pieces were super old and dirty -Phone was not provided despite asking twice at the reception -Some walls were cracked; not well maintained -We had a hard time even getting water bottles. The only good things were the view from the rooms, the breakfast, and the restaurant staff's friendly behavior.
