The services are above and beyond. The staffs are extremely nice. The food was alright. We booked the beach villa and our room has a lot of slugs inside everyday. I woke up and stepped on it. I know it's unavoidable so I still give it 4-5 stars.

Service is definitely not 5 star hotel. A hotel worker accidentally took my t shirt and instead of just brining it back started arguing.
Food is expensive and not that great. My advice is just use room service for breakfast, it will be cheaper and more options compare to their buffet menu.

We liked everything very much. The service is excellent. The food prices are high but they are very tasty.
There were special events for the Day of the Dead.
We will definitely come back.

The experience is very good. It is suitable for running to the beach in the morning. It is very convenient to shuttle golf carts. The experience in the bathroom and bathtub is amazing 👍🏻!
