Ulasan Crowne Plaza Solihull

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the registry office (opposite). Found the check-in staff to be very friendly and efficient. Only one elevator was functioning during our stay. Had booked a double room but was initially allocated a twin, this issue was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Rooms were small but contained all you needed, however as they all had a connecting door there was an issue with people talking in the next-door room late at night and during the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard "luke warm" stuff made worse by a lack of marmalade.

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

Reception ladies v nice and helpful . Breakfast is ok . Room is clean and with air condition . Location is good next to shopping center . We have a great time there . Many Ths

Very good location, just opposite of Touchwood shopping mall.

There was loud music till around 2am and we could not be moved You really should advise customers if this when they check in as we would not of stayed if we had known

Good. My friend had a wedding party there, drinking and dancing all night.

Family stayed at this lovely hotel and only had good positive experiences. We previously had a bad experience of Crowne Plaza elsewhere and this stay put our faith and trust into the group again. Will stay again and recommend for events and stays.

房間太暗。燈開關很難找到。浴室的玻璃太短所以水很容易便彈到廁所，弄得通地都是水。這些都是設計問題要改善。

좋았어요 기차역과 조금 멀어서 밤에 숙소까지 찾아가는데 조금 애먹었지만 그래두 직원분들 친절하시고 대체로 마음에들었습니다 :) 바로건편에 쇼핑몰도 잇구용

位置是位於Solihull市中心，隔離已是High Street，好方便，購物、用膳等等都是兩分鐘的路程。
