Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. Room is very large and spacious with all facilities - very clean and had good stay. Location of the Hotel is a very central and easy access to many other spots

I choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing.. Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name).. Sorry I didn't take any picture..

Short gateway... Great service and friendly staff.. Food was good and i like the vibe of hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable ti stay. Will stay again if visit Solo and please keep maintain the service.. Once again thank you guys for the great service.. Appreciate it !!!

Worth it with price , In the middle of business city

We managed to secure a room for only IDR 411,000, which included breakfast for two. Considering the overall quality and service, this represents great value for money. - **Breakfast:** The breakfast provided was standard and nothing out of the ordinary. While there was nothing particularly special about it, it was sufficient to start the day on a good note. **Negatives:** - **Towel Condition:** A significant downside was the condition of the towels provided. The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Overall, there are room for improvements especially on The F&B side. But it was quite an enjoyable stay since the ho
