It’s really great, the place is quiet clean. Unfortunately they don’t have lift, so it’s quiet challenging for elders, they don’t use stairs also. But i really like this hotel. It’s aesthetic.

Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. Room is very large and spacious with all facilities - very clean and had good stay. Location of the Hotel is a very central and easy access to many other spots

Minus : kamar kurang bersih,bahkan saya nemu kecoa d dlm kamar, tidak ada keset , handuk cm 1 tetapi minta extra 1 lg dikasih kok..., dan yg paling menurutku ini parah adalah pas pertama masuk kamar,staff nya ternyata lupa pasang sarung bantal...dan warna bantalnya haduuuuuhhhhh

I choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..

Comfy and clean enough but i kinda disappointed when the restaurant staff didn’t know i got free satgrill and even breakfast included when i inform them my room number. The reason was they missed the data. Overall, it’s good enough here.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

DDhan PBest and favourite hotel. Good service and location also nice breakfast with natural around. Affordable price so i can stay here many times in a year. Important, you should stay weekend for CFD in front of hotel or along at Slamet Riyadi street. Culinary everywhere. Love this hotel very much❤️

I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!

LLuqman NurrachmatThe staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

PPengguna TetamuA good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.

MmsruruhieI was stayed on weekend for 1 night and this is second experience in this hotel. I was checked in quite late around 10 PM and checked in was smooth proceed, then direct to rooms. Room was clean but need to take a look on bedsheet conditions due to is there any some yellow spot there, maybe that's laundry already but looks like unclean. Overall room was clean enough. Simple breakfast was good and parking area proper enough. Recommend hotel as transit hotel with good location (downtown) and proper facilities for guest.
