Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. Room is very large and spacious with all facilities - very clean and had good stay. Location of the Hotel is a very central and easy access to many other spots

Stay for 2 nights. I Have to say, totally having bad experience. Receptionist staff is very not friendly. Twisting her words. Also the room I was staying is very dirty! When we just arrived, my toilet closet very dirty also the wastafel. I would never recommended this place to stay, sorry.

the check in process was great and fast, it has a spacious and clean room, the hot water works just fine, the breakfast was just so so, but it worth the price. Love the wayang n batik carving on the outside wall. The location is very nice, there were so many warungs (place to eat), supermarket across the road, near the Waterpark, and there were two malls not far from the hotel, BK, KFC, Yoshinoya (nearby fastfood) is a plus. would love to give you a 5 stars review but unfortunately, the INTERNET service was poor, and there were no staff concern to the parking area, saw the security was just playing games with his landscapped cell phone in his post next to the ATM service. Oh one more, it was too noisy on thw Saturday night. It is OK if you lack of staff due to the pandemic situation we can understand, it was just, your security seems to be ungrateful that he still got the job. I know he can work better. Nees to train them in general, since i do not want to pointing on one victim only.

I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!

PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me.
( even if it's not free but at least they provide some )
but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.

PPengguna TetamuFor me, this is the second best hotel in Solo after Alila. Unfortunately this hotel is located in an area that is quite far from the city center and is located in an area with heavy traffic, so a lot of traffic jams occur.
The breakfast is delicious and exceeds my expectations, the rooms are also clean and this hotel has friendly staff.

PPengguna TetamuA good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.

MmsruruhieI was stayed on weekend for 1 night and this is second experience in this hotel. I was checked in quite late around 10 PM and checked in was smooth proceed, then direct to rooms. Room was clean but need to take a look on bedsheet conditions due to is there any some yellow spot there, maybe that's laundry already but looks like unclean. Overall room was clean enough. Simple breakfast was good and parking area proper enough. Recommend hotel as transit hotel with good location (downtown) and proper facilities for guest.
