The staff were very friendly with excellent service. We had parking right next to our room which was very convenient. With a location overlooking the city, you can enjoy the sunrise and even the walkway through the garden.

Our guests were vet happy with their accommodation. It was their second stay there and this time they brought friends with too. The villas had eveything you could ask for in a self catering unit. Loved it!

Breakfast was very good and much better than the reviews stated before summer 2023. That shows to me: suggestions are taking serious. We booked a villa were breakfast ist not included. Even in the upfront communication was stated that breakfast has to be booked before the arrival it was possible to book it on site day by day . Reception team was excellent

Best Trip ever. Stay with Friends, stay at a wonderfull Location. Sure we will visit again. Come back for more. We will Book a villa at the Same Hotel. This was not our last trip to that lovely Place.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. We booked a cottage which had a stunning fireplace, private terraces, braai area, outdoor shower and a private hot tub- all surrounded by nature and of the best views of the engulfing mountains. Extreme value for money, with amazing staff and a wonderful location to escape and relax. Would highly recommend it.

There were definitely two sides to this visit. On the one side I will say that it is a beautiful and restful location! If you are looking for a local get away, this is the place to turn off for the weekend. We loved the rooms, and we loved the view. However, the booking process and staff was highly disappointing! They are everything BUT welcoming. Rude, short-off and not helpful. Perhaps this was a personal experience with a single staff member I would give 5 stars if it was not for the short off responses and unwelcoming member. The stay is worth it for locals looking for a beautiful place to rest. 5 star stay with 2 star staff

Fab staff, gorgeous location and stunning accommodation. We stayed in a 2 room self catering apar**ent and it was super luxurious and spacious. We enjoyed the large natural pool and garden, the well equipped kitchen and stunning bedrooms with the added bonus of an outdoor shower, heated carpets and brownies at bedtime. Lovely fireplace made it cosy and romantic. Would definitely return.

Lovely stay in Somerset West. The perfect location for us just a stones throw away from where we needed to be. The room had everything we needed and was really spacious. My only ****** was the room was quite dark as it didn’t have a view and some parts were a little tired in places. But overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough to please

Accommodation and amenities were excellent. Very well situated with stunning views of the mountains close to places of interest. Staff friendly and welcoming. Made recommendations as to where to eat which we can highly recommend. We had a lovely relaxing stay there.
