Hotel location is very convenient, right by the ancient city wall. Hotel staff is very friendly, I had got bad reaction to the high altitude and the hotel staff had been running around to buy meds for me. Me and my friend had a great time staying at the hotel and would definitely recommend to others who intend to visit Song Pan!

新店還有點裝修氣味，衞生也可以，洗澡下水慢點。另外説這邊晚上涼，酒店是沒有空調的，有電熱毯。房間出現了上個住客的東西，服務人員積極解決，因為其他方面沒有什麼問題所以我們也沒追究，後面客服人員又來道歉還送了第二天早餐。住的一樓，晚上要關窗，走道對門的窗也要關，要不有點吵，時不時傳出説話聲，門口的走廊正好對停車場，還是可以覆住的酒店。到黃龍九寨最煩的是交通，不打表挑客，個個都想要個包車去九寨的客，一聽到近點的就不願意去，有人説直接上出租車他不敢拒客，可人家開高價啊，把你逼下車，要不就是連上都上不去，自駕還是方便很多，直通車對比過時間不太好控制。我們到站後租車，某神和某嗨黃龍九寨站沒點，要到川主寺鎮拿車，光是要去取車點我們就問了好多輛車，才有人不情不願被迫載我們去，唉，去過那麼多景區，這個跟鳳凰我們都覺得交通是最不方便的

We stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied.. The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes. Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes

Good location not far from the national park. Owners were mostly helpful and kind, communication could have been smoother though. Room was spacious and clean. Floor heating didn't seem to be there unlike what is advertised online, hair dryer didn't work, beds were a bit hard for our personal taste but nice pillow. Owner drove us to the cablecar station but didn't drive safely in our opinion, he seemed in a hurry.

這家客棧是新開的，整體環境很好，房間挺大的，設施齊全乾凈。老闆會免費接送我們去瑟爾嵯國際大酒店（黃龍纜車和高鐵接駁車地點），我們到的時候已經是晚上十點鐘了，給老闆打電話馬上就來接我們了。老闆娘很熱情，深夜了還給我們做了氂牛火鍋，這個氂牛火鍋裏內容豐富，雖然是小小鍋牛肉也給得很多，湯是白色的很鮮美，裏面還放了新鮮的當歸，非常的好吃，推薦大家一定要嚐嚐。10月底秋季旺季老闆也沒有漲房價，九寨溝那邊的房價都漲了兩三倍，還沒有這家客棧的環境好，我會推薦給朋友，另外也會對它家的氂牛火鍋念念不忘的。
