山耶雲耶，令我非常失望的一次體驗。10月2日18點入住，10月4日11點退房。2天，不到43h，住宿花費4800，在民宿用餐1200，共消費6000元。類似民宿、酒店住了千千萬，第一次給差評，我想我應該可以來發聲一下： 1、因在小某書上看到國慶陳家鋪村會限流，車輛無法通行，具體我也沒法瞭解情況，因此9月底我便聯繫過民宿，也沒有得到什麼肯定的回答。直到10月1日民宿主動聯繫，問了車牌號，我便以為開上去就有車位，不然問車牌號幹嘛呢？直到10月2日，驅車4個多小時，我都到了，才來一句沒車位，要坐大巴。那是不是應該提前説一下，而不是等我問呢？最後衹能在山下烏泱泱人羣中找車位，等大巴。 2、接着辦理入住，前台女生臉真的臭到不行，全程冷漠。請不要告訴我是因為國慶很忙，員工很累。誰打工不累呢？你打工累你至少在賺錢，我花着錢不是來感受你上班的怨氣的。（前台還有一位戴眼鏡的小哥態度就很好，很負責認真，包括後來也積極幫我們解決停車的問題） 3、民宿配有小酒吧，飯後我們便想在酒吧裏坐一下，點一些喝的。問了那位前台女生，有沒有什麼推薦，她輕飄飄來一句：什麼推薦，嗯都差不多的。到這裏我已經有點無語，我是欠她錢了嗎？全程對話她甚至不會看你一眼，不知道在忙些什麼，客人要點餐也不會停下來。我又問，那有泡精肉嗎？她説不知道有沒有。額，這麼多年讓我無語的人不多，這位女生能算一個。這時候還是眼鏡小哥過來説，泡精肉有的，就是要現炸，會慢一些。最後點了4杯雞尾酒，都出奇的難喝。 4、10.3日晚，飯後回到房間，19點多打算洗澡休息了，結果洗了十分鐘就變成了冰水。要知道山上晚上還是挺冷的，此刻我身上又是洗髮露又是沐浴露的，真的很崩潰。19:36分在羣裏呼救，最後20:00才送來一桶熱水。我就這麼冷颼颼的等了24分鐘。維修進度也一直沒有反饋，需要我一直問。熱水是19:35沒的，20:12分説過段時間就會有。23:15説水温在慢慢上升。最後的結果就是直到零點都是冷水。我的另一半還一直等着洗澡，最後實在太困了，他在00:12洗了冷水澡。本來我們23:00就要睡覺，硬生生拖到了凌晨一點。 5、最震撼我的來了，一晚住宿都沒有熱水，最後民宿給的答覆是，第二天早上送2杯飲品………説真的，你啥也別送好好道個歉我都沒這麼氣。整件事情衹有幾句不好意思，送你2杯飲品。我想説2杯飲品成本要不要10塊錢啊哈哈？直到我第二天去退房，都好像無事發生。我甚至都沒提飲品的事。但凡我退房的時候民宿可以好好道個歉，想起來要給我做杯喝的，我都不想來寫這個差評。退房的時候就和我説了兩個字，拜拜。 6、管家羣看似9人其實就是形同虛設，大概4-5個人就是在那裡湊人頭的。最後送我們下山的小孩哥也是垂頭喪氣的，問了他才知道，其實他就是完全無經驗無培訓，因為國慶來兼職，一天150元。本來真的不想説怕對他有什麼影響，不過國慶也結束了，我想他應該也結束兼職了吧。 最後我想説，我真的不是吹毛求疵的人，毫不誇張地説4800元的住宿給我的服務體驗真的不如480的全季。不想幹服務行業可以不乾的，客人不是來看你上班的臭臉的。民宿與其在節假日早早的把住宿價格翻倍不如好好想想旺季該如何應對，讓客人儘可能舒心吧。 好的點也説下： 1、我的所有星星都是給餐廳的。民宿配有餐廳，叫崖居，食材非常新鮮，廚師手藝非常好。吃了2晚沒有什麼踩雷的，看得出廚師的用心。就是需要提前一天定不然很多食材會沒有。早餐也不錯，都在同一個餐廳，景色也好。 2、房間很乾凈，睡的很舒適。不過這個價格不乾淨也有點不禮貌了哈哈。 3、入住有伴手禮，雖然裏面的茶葉有點點難喝，但也算有心。 4、睡前的晚安甜湯很好喝。 5、佔了很好的地理位置。寫到這裏又想説，某些員工這麼爛的服務態度真的是浪費了這絕佳的位置。

設施：房間佈置很好，有浴缸，有投影幕布，晚上看電影很開心！老闆還會幫忙登錄視頻svip賬號，超級貼心！ 環境：民宿在陳家鋪比較高的位置，視線很好，早晨醒來可以在平台上坐着高凳吃早餐。綠樹青山，雲霧繚繞，那一瞬間覺得很值！ 服務：民宿的價值就在於人與人之間的交互，鮑老闆真的超級超級貼心！！！行程當天上午就會主動電話聯繫，詢問具體到達時間，發送停車場定位，早早會等在停車場幫我們提行李。當天到的比較晚，也會很耐心的繞路帶我們看夜景，基本把陳家鋪比較有名的景點都介紹了大概位置。最後還會幫忙送行李到停車場，還送了伴手禮。早餐超級好吃！老闆還會拍照📸給大家推薦喔！
