We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Cloverdale Wine Country Inn & Suite. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The owner/manager was very nice in helping me change my reservation when plans changed. The maid was very sweet and did an excellent job. It is conveniently located and we had a nice view out our front window. Our room was very up to date, cheery and bright, we had lots of places to plug all of our electronics, nice big TV with many channels. We felt safe there. We will definitely stay there again and I wouldn't hesitate referring it to family and friends.

For a three-star, this is a really good hotel. The rooms are generous in size, modern and nicely designed. The pool area is very pleasant and the restaurant and lobby area are spacious and comfortable. It’s not cheap but then nothing in Healdsburg is.

Superb location in quiet Monte Rio. A short distance away from slightly busier Guerneville and the delightful Duncan’s Mills. Very pleasant staff and a nice clean room, with spectacular views of the river from our balcony room. Simple breakfast but more than expected.

Great location- right off the freeway. Right near Costco and other shops. We did not have breakfast or use the pool, but it was nice to have these included if we wanted. Quiet, room was nice and clean; as pictured in the photos. Shower was a step in, which we liked. Water pressure was ok, but lots of hot water.
We were charged $10 for parking, which was fine, but the lot fills up very quickly and doesn’t appear that anyone is monitoring the lot.
Staff were decently friendly; they didn’t really say hi to you when you walk in, but we’re helpful if you needed something.
Overall, we would stay again.

One of the things I found unusual and surprising was that they sold the items for gas, such as snacks and allergy medication at a reasonable price. No price gouging! When I asked about this, apparently it’s some thing that the staff at fault for. Definitely coming back… For more comfortable and appealing to the Doubletree. Highly recommended that you visit Hana the Japanese restaurant and Mary’s pizza. Delicious!

KKa yingI came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping.

JJulian MeiI stayed at the Lodge over the weekend to attend my Niece’s wedding as many of the other wedding party did and had a wonderful time. The grounds , with the lovely pool, functional gym and the restaurant with the delicious breakfast all made this stay exceptional. The wine tastings in the afternoon were a nice touch and the pre wedding reception at the restaurant was very well arranged. I stayed in a King Cottage suite and it was nicely appointed with a useful fireplace for the chilly evenings and only wished the windows were a bit larger to enjoy the view and to have more natural light in the room but did enjoy the view from my outside terrace. House keeping was a bit more erratic as twice I came back to an unmade room and had to notify the front desk that quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and looking forward to staying there again soon.

PPengguna TetamuThe trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

We had two gorgeous cabins during our stay and both were well appointed and beautifully decorated. Tanner and Taylor both went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and delightful in every way. We will certainly be back again and we would highly recommend the inn for your next getaway.

PPengguna TetamuStaff was excellent, but room was sub standard. A couple of big stains on carpet, bathroom towels were quite thin and they have seen their day. Most disturbing was the hotel room walls were paper thin. Neighboring door kept slamming throughout evening and some loud conversations/arguments. Heard and argument in the parking lot (separate from room next to mine) that filtered through the door. Finally left at 11:30 pm cause of the noise.

Unfortunately the hotel not serve the breakfast anymore after the pandemic. The app still offers room included breakfast that was we were booked this time. When we checked in at the hotel we find out that the hotel not offers breakfast anymore after the Covid-19.

Room and linens/towels were immaculately clean. Love that the room had NO carpet - laminate floors in the whole room. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Had no issues with anything - everything worked and was in good order. As others in previous reviews have said, sound travels into the room very easily from the hallway - but it didn't bother us as we weren't in the room much and are heavy sleepers. Our room door had seen better days and could stand to be replaced, but nothing about it affected my opinion of the room/property. Front desk staff for afternoon check-in was polite and accommodating. Morning check-out staff was friendly and personable. As with other Choice hotels, there is a free hot breakfast. Here is where the hotel could improve - the selection/choices were very slim (one pan of eggs, one pan of sausage links, a waffle machine, one carafe each of leaded and decaf coffee, a paltry selection of bread/baked items, 2 sugary cereal options, one type of milk only, and sugar/sweeter/creamer packets). This was the first Choice hotel I've stayed in that didn't at least have fruit, yogurt, hot cereal, or liquid creamer of some kind. There also wasn't anyone attending the dining area to ensure guests had what they needed and items did not run out. The location was just fine for us; easy on/off the 101 freeway. If you are a Choice Gold or above member, there are designated spaces for you. Parking was fine and plenty of space in the lot. Overall, great stay and would consider staying again if we travel to Santa Rosa in the future.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaShout out to Berlin at the front desk. Every time I came back or left for the day, she always acknowledged me by my name and was always super friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off the freeway, next to Kaiser and close to a lot of wineries. This is a great place if you’re traveling with family. Spacious rooms, small, kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. They have laundry onsite as well.

The staff has changed and they have made large efforts to be more particular about those they allow to stay on the premises. Quiet nights. Everything in the room works and upon arrival and it is clean. Clean towels and toiletries available everyday. Free wifi and it works well. The shopping is near, just over the freeway. I save on time and gas traveling to the stores. Plenty of places near to order in if you choose. The water is clean. It never smells like smoke in the rooms. Smokers have to smoke away from the building. They are pet friendly. My car is safe, there are cameras in the parking lot and the office.
