This hotel is nice! Simple yet elegant. I had the chance to stay here on my way to Bydgoszcz. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!

Excellent hotel. Room is really comfortable. Plenty of room. Clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, just on the edge of the main *****, in a quieter part of town. Sopot is a lovely seaside resort. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast very good.

Na duży plus zasługuje lokalizacja ogólna. Do hotelu łatwo trafić z Dworca PKP. Wprost z hotelu wychodzi się na Monciak, co jest dużym udogodnieniem dla osób chcących poczuć klimat Sopotu kilkakrotnie jednego wieczora. Sam standard wystarczający, jednakże cena mogłaby być troszkę niższa. Z faktu, że w hotelu były wolne miejsca to otrzymaliśmy pokój od strony miasta, mimo że mieliśmy rezerwację od strony torowiska - za to ocena w górę.

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Pan Andrzej - so knowledgeable and professional (and an expert espresso martini maker!) Dziekujemy serdecznie!

Hotel jest zadbany, pokoje odnowione. Dziwnie rozwiązane łazienki, ale lepiej tak niż wcale. Obsługa w recepcji 10/10, super babeczki, mlode dziewczyny, bardzo sympatyczne. Śniadanie dobre, dla nas zdecydowanie wystarczające. Problem mały pojawił się na parkingu. Opłaciliśmy miejsce parkingowe w hotelu, a rano mieliśmy mandat. Pani z recepcji oczywiście rozwiązała problem. Jedyny problem tu bardzo głośna droga przy hotelu. Całą noc jeździły karetki na sygnale, trudno. Wyśpimy się w domu.

Sehr gute Lage und in kurzer Laufenähe zur „Stare Miasto“ (alten Stadt). Parkplätze kostenpflichtig hinter dem Hotel. Pro Tag, 60 PLN. Allerdings muss hierfür das Hotel umkreist werden, was bei schlechtem Wetter ggf nervig werden könnte. Hotel hat mir gut gefallen, Frühstück international und ausreichend. Ich komme wieder 👍

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage (alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar). Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Im Hotel Keller gibt es einen Spa. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Es waren alle mehr als freundlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

PPengguna TetamuVery good hotel with good breakfast & great location very near the pier and the beach. We stayed during summer so there were lots of activities going on in the street. Pubs/discos/restaurants kept on with music till 02.00 at night which could be annoying if you are a light sleeper.. Howeever, the worst thing for us was the singer who used to start playing around 02.00 and kept it going till 05.00 in the morning. He had amplifier and microphone and could be heard far better than we could like. It ruined Friday and Saturday nights for us. It is strange that this much ”noice” is allowed during night time.

MMaiken EThis is a luxurious hotel with high standards when it comes to interior, the rooms and the exterior. The hotel is family- and children friendly whilst still performing above any noisy and crowded family hotel elsewhere. The location is perfect, only 20-25 mins from the airport in Gdańsk. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The ala carte restaurant in the hotel offers a great menu, above any nearby restaurant that we visited. The buffet is not as good as the ala carte. Choices at breakfast are endless. Spa is clean and nice, the hotel has a large backyard area for play, work out and recreation. The gym has a very high standard. This stay would be rated as excellent if it weren’t for the inattentive and sometimes unfriendly and impolite staff. We had no feeling of being appreciated as guests and did not receive any recognition for the VIP membership. The staff in general did at times seem annoyed with their job and one of the female bartenders even answered in a disrespectful manner when she forgot to include our discount on the bill. Not solution- or service oriented. If the service and attitude improves, this hotel can reach new heights.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was in a good location and very safe. The check in/ checkout was smooth but they weren’t interested if you had a nice stay or not. The beds were supposed to be twin beds but were child size beds so got no sleep for the 3 nights.Breakfast was chaotic which did not have to be .The staff did there best but had no direction. They know beforehand how many people are staying and having breakfast,there was one coffee machine that was so slow for everyone which doesn’t make much sense.Besides the small beds and the chaotic breakfast time.The hotel is good and clean.

PPengguna TetamuTrès bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. À bientôt.

Hotel odwiedziliśmy z sentymentu na obchodzoną rocznicę , w latach 1980/2000 bywaliśmy często. Wtedy ten hotel tworzyli ludzie .Kiedyś wyglądem przypominał ośrodek PRL na czasy, ale miał swój klimat !!! Hotel ogólnie po remoncie, pokoje faktycznie mają pewne niedociągnięcia ale usytuowanie obiektu w pierwszej linii przy morzu rekompensuje wszystkie drobne braki. No i teraz trzeba uporządkować otoczenie.
