Hotel berhampiran Growshop Jamaica, Sosnowiec

Ci sono stato due notti per lavoro. Hotel situato in una posizione un po' nascosta. Il taxista si è fermato duecento metri prima. La strada di accesso è tutta rotta e piena di buche. L'ingresso è con una scalinata, poi la reception è bella. Ci sono tornato dopo oltre 7 anni, quando il locale era ancora in costruzione. La camera è spartana, ma non manca nulla. Wifi free senza password. Tutto comunque pulito. Servizio di reception H24. Buffet colazione abbastanza ampio. Hotel comunque economico.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

Lovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English. Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys. We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started. The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all needed essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices for everyone. Staff recommended very good polish restaurant located just 5 min walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

Вот прямо очень сильно понравился отель!!! Отличный сервис, шикарный чистейший номер с большой спальней и очень большой ванной комнатой с идеальной чистоты ванной, полотенцами, халатами! Постельное белье идеальное! Есть чайник, кофе и чай входит в стоимость номера, а вот полный бар уже конечно за дополнительную плату… шикарный вид из окна! И вообще, кто хочет комфортно, красиво и элегантно отдохнуть за минимальную цену(цена за номер очччень приятная)- очень рекомендую именно этот отель Парк Хотел Диамент в Катовице! Не пожалеете и будете довольны!!! Завтрак к сожалению не успели попробовать, потому что был очень ранний рейс… Хотя очень хотелось! Ресторан в отеле на самом верхнем этаже и от туда еще более лучший вид открывается (я просто ходила туда посмотреть их ресторацию)..

Dlaczego, kiedy przyjechałam dwa tygodnie temu i poszedłam do recepcji, odbyłam normalny dialog z młodymi ludźmi, a oni rozmawiali ze mną po ludzku? A przedwczoraj, kiedy moja mama musiała czekać 17 godzin na autobus i przyszła do was zapytać, czy może odpocząć i zapłacić za pokój, w odpowiedzi usłyszała niegrzeczny ton, przewracanie oczami i skrzywione usta niezadowolonych (chyba z życia) recepcjonistów. Nie akceptujecie euro, komentując, że ”jakie euro, skoro jesteśmy w Polsce”, traktujecie ją jakby przyszła żebrać o jałmużnę, albo wyrzucała was z własnego domu. A za pokój na 10-12 godzin zginaliście cenę 150 euro. Jeśli tak bardzo nien@widzicie wszystkich, którzy nie mówią po polsku - idźcie pracować w fabryce lub zbierać śmieci. To h@ńba dla europejskiego państwa, a przy okazji akt dyskr*minacji ze względu na inny język i fakt, że moja mama nie jest Polką. Poradziłam mamie, żeby przyszła do was i odpoczęła, ale teraz ostrzegę wszystkich, żeby omijali wasze miejsce z tak paskudnym nastawieniem. I pamiętajcie, że jeśli usuniecie moją recenzję, napiszę ją ponownie. Utworzę tyle skrzynek pocztowych, ile będzie trzeba, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy zobaczą tę recenzję. Napiszę też do kierownictwa, żeby was wszystkich zwolnili. H@ŃBA! Jak można być tak bezwstydnym i pozbawionym skrupułów? ●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Disgusting attitude of the staff. Why, when I came a fortnight ago and went to the reception, I had a normal dialogue with young people and they talked to me in a human way? And the day before yesterday, when my mother had to wait 17 hours for the bus and came to you to ask if she could rest and pay for the room, in response she heard the annoyed receptionists' disgruntled tone, an exasperated sigh and pulling a face. You do not accept euro, commenting on it ”what euros if we are in Poland”, treated her as if she came to beg for alms, or kicked you out of your own home. And for a room for 10-12 hours you bent the price of 150 euros. If you h@te everyone who doesn't speak Polish so much - go work in a factory or collect rubbish. It is a di$grace for a European state and, by the way, an act of di$crimination on the grounds of another language and the fact that my mum is not Polish. I advised my mum to come to you and have a rest, but now I will warn everyone to avoid your place with such a nasty attitude. And keep in mind that if you delete my review, I'll write it again. I'll create as many mailboxes as it takes to make sure everyone sees this review. And I will also write to your management to have you fired, all of you. DI$GRACE!
